The Donovan girl and original vampire danced for awhile until Elijah walked over to them and told Finn it was time for the speech. Elizabeth goes to stand by her brother as Finn stands on the steps with his siblings.

Elijah starts his short speech and Elizabeth tuned him out until he said "A centaries old waltz. Now find yourselves a partner and join us in the ballroom."

Elijah finishes his speech and Finn walks over to the Donovan siblings, bowing to the girl he says, "May I have this dance?"

Elizabeth curtsies and says, "Why yes you may kind sir." Finn takes her hand and they walk to the dance floor. The song Give Me Love by Ed Sheeran was playing and Elizabeth smiled up a Finn, making Finn think for once, 'maybe I'm not a monster after all.' as he smiles down at the woman who he is falling in love with.

The waltz finishes and it is time for the toast to end the night. Looking at the glass of champagne he is supposed to drink to link his family as one. And that would mean if one dies, the rest do too, looking at the beautiful brunette next to him he decided he won't drink it. For Elizabeth's sake. She told him she lost to many people she cared about to loose him would break her heart and Finn would never want that for her.

He pretends to take a sip and the ball ends. Finn and Elizabeth walk outside and into the backyard for a moment alone. "Thank you for tonight. I had a lot of fun." Elizabeth told Finn, looking into his eyes she sees an emotion she couldn't quite place.

They slowly lean in and finally their lips touch. They smile into the kiss. Once they pull apart Finn whispers, "Your my soulmate. I knew it the minute I met you, that your the one for me."

Elizabeth grins up at him and kisses him softly then whispers. "I think I am falling in love you. I know it's fast but I feel something I can't control around you. Something I haven't felt in years, but stronger than ever."

Finn grins at her words and kisses her mores intense than the first and second time. Elizabeth deepens the kiss as he he gentley pushes her up against a tree hidden from anyone's eyesight. They make out for awhile until she hears her brother call her name. Pulling reluctantly apart to catch their breath, they smile at each other. "You have a bit of lipstick right here." Elizabeth smiles and wipes it off his face.

"Can I see you tomorrow for a date? I can pick you up at 6:00 for dinner?" Finn asks.

"Of course." Elizabeth says in reply.

"Goodnight Eliza." He says.

"Goodnight Finn." Elizabeth quick kissed his cheek then walks to Matt's car. Finn heard Matt ask, "Where have you been? I've texted you three times now!"

"Sorry Matt. I was talking with someone and he asked me if I could go on a date with him tomorrow." Elizabeth says.

"Are you going they guy you danced with?" Matt asks as he drives.

"Yes I am. And his name is Finn. He is Klaus and Rebekah's older brother" Matt opens his mouth to say something but decides against it seeing his older sister smile in a way he hasn't seen in a long time. His older sister is in love with an original vampire. And in that moment Matt desided to not join in on the war between the Mikaelsons and the Scooby Gang for his sisters happiness.
