Kanan and Sabine came back to the base. Hera and everyone else was back before they were. Great. Kanan watch Sabine pass by, looking away from everyone. "Ah, Sabine. Where's Kanan?" Kanan was already near by her. "Right here." Saying in a pain, sad feeling voice.

   Hera looked carefully at Kanan then Sabine. She knew something was wrong. "Kanan. What happen?" She raised d a brow, more and more curious. Kanan had his mask off, that's how Hera could mostly tell.

    Kanan looked right at Hera, his heart ache in pain. How would she react to hear that Ezra left with Maul? Ezra, the one everyone looked up at to make everyone's day go by well. Sure, the kid had some past issues but, he had his Crew.

     Kanan open his eyes. Seeing the misty green and a fog of sadness. 

    "Ezra is...is with Maul..." Hera's eyes went big. Along with Zeb and Rex, and Chopper who was swinging his arms around. "Did-Did Maul grab him?" She said with a cracked voice.

     Kanan shook his head. "Sabine and I got possessed by the spirits of the Night Sisters. Ezra was able to free us but, but he left us...and went with Maul." Hera walked up to Kanan with tears in her eyes. Kanan gave her a hug, while she cried into his chest. Sabine had tears as well, Zeb was next to her to comfort her.

      "Who did you find him?" Rex asked.

     "I told Sabine to place a tracker on his comm. Good thing I did though, if not. Hell knows what would happen to him."

      Kanan cursed under his breathe. Hera let go and was done crying. "Are we going to get him back?"

    "Yes. I know the real Ezra is there. He would never leave."

      Kanan gripped his hands. "That son of a bitch Cockroach Maul better not lay a single hand on Ezzy! That fucker will be dead soon!" Everyone jumped back at Kanan's words. They never heard Kanan cussed before.

     "Next time watch your language, Jarrus." Commander Sato spoke, his eyes narrowed on Kanan. Kanan scratch his neck in mistake.

    "I need to relax for a bit." Kanan walked towards Ezra's speedor bike and was gone.

    Kanan decided to go see Bendu. That felt like his only solution. But, something came into Kanan's mind.

    
   "Ezra you are not doing this!" Kanan pulled Ezra to the side, anger and worried. Ezra just looked at Kanan.

   "He's going to expose Chopper Base!"

    "Then will move. Build a new base." Kanan said, trying to do anything to protect his Padawan. He didn't want Ezra to go along with a psychopath Sith who blinded him and killed Ashoka. He wouldn't let Maul take his Padawan, his own family member away just like that.

     Ezra shook his head. "Kanan. Maul won't hurt me. This might be our last chance to see what the key is to destroy the Sith." Kanan knew that's what Ezra wanted. Kanan did to. Kanan sigh and knew what to say.

   "Fine. I do not like this. I trust you with this." Kanan said. Ezra nodded and walked towards Maul. Kanan felt worried and broken. Please don't turn. All what Kanan was thinking.

    Kanan finally made it to Bendu. Bendu watch Kanan carefully at how Kanan walk alone. "Where's your Padawan, Jedi?" Kanan sat down and looked at Bendu.

   "Dark Maul has him. Ezra is with him. I know the real him is still there!" Kanan shouted the last part. Bendu looked shocked. "I sense that strong bond with you and him. Your Padawan does have a...hidden side."

   Kanan felt his heart stopped. "Meaning..."

    "He with either join this Maul or, he'll come back, and still venture on with you and tour friends."

     Bendu added on. "Ezra does have a dark past, his fear, and anger do take control. He has open the Sith Holocron before, yes?" Kanan nodded.

    "We don't fully know. I advise you search for him...before it's too late, Kanan Jarrus."

   Pain filled Kanan's body again. I won't lose you, my son! I will have you back!

    Kanan stood up and bowed to Bendu. "Let's hope so, I can't lose my son now. I won't." His eyes open, smiling as he felt he had a plan going on.

    Ezra was asleep, tired as he was, Maul was able to let him sleep.

   Maul laughed but, soon went away as he saw Ezra. I finally have a Friend, a brother. Maul was able to feel relax and sooth with Ezra joining him.

   Find Kenobi...kill. then kill Caleb Dume!
