I felt bad so I decided not to do the 5 sad chapters thing, mainly because my cat kinda cheered me up... Cats are my weakness...😂

Zaluna Myers, a blind Sullistian woman was hiding under neath her bed. She had heard a ship land out side, and it didn't sound familiar.

She kept listening, but then got distracted by no other than her own mind. She remembered getting stuck because she was hiding multiple times. Zal honestly didn't know what she was afraid of.

Zal then heard a knock at her door. She shivered.

"Who- who is it?" The Sullistian called.

"Hera Syndulla. And Kanan Jarrus. It's us Zal." A female voice responded. Zalunas ears perked up. She quickly got out from under the bed and ran to the door.

    The Sullistian opened to door. She couldn't see them, but she knew they were there.

     The light green Twi'lek,  human male, and another person whom she didn't know all walked in.

     "Its Been awhile, we've been so busy with this whole rebellion thing." Kanan Jarrus chuckled. Zal laughed, knowing her old friends were alright.

Zaluna reached out to one of the figures and felt a lekku and the Twi'lek flinched.

"Hera." Zaluna confirmed and the Twi'lek nodded.

The Sullistian then reached to another, and felt a small pony tail on the back of the head.

"Ha! Kanan! You need a haircut." Zal laughed. Kanan just stood akwardly. "So there's you two, who's the other one?"

"This is Sabine Wren, a member of our crew. She's a Mandelorian warrior." Hera explained.

"Is she you and Kanans daughter?" Zal asked curiously. Kanan and Hera both blushed, and shook their heads.

"Nonono.... We're not married!! And we definitely don't have children." They said in unison.

"If you say sooooo." Zaluna explained, not convinced.

     "Anyway..." Hera tried changing the subject, "you and Kanan have one more thing in common now then you used to..." Her tone kind of sounded sad whole saying the last part.

     "What's that?" Zaluna asked. She couldn't imagine having ANYTHING in common with the flirty bar tender, though she knows he might of changed a bit since she last saw him.

     "He's blind... Like you..." Hera frowned and looked down sadly.

     "Is that so?"

    A couple hours later after a nice meal and some time for Zaluna to get to know Sabine, Hera and Sabine left to get settled in the living room of the tiny house, and Zal talked to Kanan.

     "Soooo... How are you holding up?" Zal squeezed Kanans shoulder.

     "Fine... I guess... I don't know how you have delt with this for so long... And you don't even have the force..."

       "Heheh yeah. Well it took some getting used too..." Zal laughed, "but hey, look at the bright side, now we can be blind buddies."

   "Wow that was so out of character for you to say..."

    Zaluna handed Kanan some coffee and the two friends talked and talked about all that had happened since they had parted last.

And yes I know Zaluna is very out of character, but it was hard writing her character so I kinda gave up, so sorry!
