Enthusiastically she dialed the number of a good friend of hers whom She met the other day after five years. Her happiness sees no bound in meeting him, they share some good moments together after which they exchange numbers and promise to be in touch. It's already been a week since that day, so she decides to call him and have lunch together.

She called the guy who received the call after many rings to which she got a little annoyed and scolded him.

''What is this behavior? Why did you take so long to pick my call?" She shouted at his friend who tried to justify the reason for being late.

''Shut up!! Don't give me lame excuses! I know you very well, you must have been busy romancing your girlfriend, huhh !!'' She makes a face to which the guy remains silent.

''Okay Okay!! I won't disturb you for the moment but you have to be at Hotel Royal Star by 1pm, I have planned for lunch and you have to come, get it!! Be on time, samjhe!! Hotel Royal Star, I p.m., table number 21!!" She told the guy who tried to deny it but she didn't take any excuses and ordered him to be there on time and cut the call.

She giggled with the thought of having some moment with the guy and ran to her room to freshen up and get ready for the day.

She reach the hotel a little late, thanks to the traffic! She was frustrated because she was late but a smile made its way on her face When she found her friend waiting for  her on the table. She was sitting with the menu card and his back was facing her.

She rushed to him and hugged him from behind, expressing her happiness.

''Thank you...Thank you...thank you so kuch for coming Aakash!! I can't tell you how happy I am to see You!!!" She expresses her feeling and reaches to her chair but was left utterly shocked to see the person, it wasn't her friend but someone else!!

''I..I..who..what...!!" She was totally blank to see some other person instead of her friend whom she just hugged, showing her profound love.

''Hello Miss....!! Whatever!!! So you see, I'm not your friend who's probably busy romancing his girlfriend! Sorry to be here and disappoint you but you didn't give me a chance to clear my part when you called, so I thought to clear out things personally!! By the way, I am Gautam Sehgal!!" The guy introduced himself while clarifying the reason for his presence instead of her friend.

She was embarrassed at her act.

''Sorry!!! Actually, my friend...ahh!! Sorry!!'' She makes a puppy face realizing she dialed the Wrong Number.

''It’s totally fine, Miss...?" He narrowed his brow.

''Vinnie!! Vinnie Mathur!!" She introduced herself clutching her bag out of nervousness.

''It's totally fine, Miss Vinnie!! By the way I haven't had my lunch as you have invited me here!?? Is the invitation still on or do I have to pay for my meal!?" He asked jokingly and let out a chuckle making her smile as well.

''No!!No!! It’s my treat and I'm really sorry to trouble you!!" She apologizes to which he smiles gently, his smiles are too captivating. She finds herself staring at him but realizing her state she instantly turns her gaze.

''Ahh!! No worries!! In fact, I'm happy to be here, truth to be told, I have never been on a lunch date with any girl and probably wouldn't be able to do that even in future had you not called and asked yourself for the lunch, so thank you for being my first date!! I mean, a lunch date, not a date!!!" He spoke and giggled, making her giggle as well, he seemed so friendly and known that they got along in a quick moment, sharing things with each other.

As they unfold each other, commencing a new beginning, she realizes her wrong number has led her to the right person!!
