          Chat's POV:

Chat ran out the door to the office and towards the hallway. He felt the hairs on his head stand up as if danger lurks around the corner.  He walks over to the door at the end of it and pulls on it.  He goes outside and runs towards the hotel.  He is not sure why he decides to head in that direction.  He could call it his cat senses.

Once inside the hotel, he heads to the last room on the top floor. There he sees her, Marinette on the bed. He smiles in relief that Carapace or Rena got her here without any trouble.  He hands her the miraculous and watches as she places the earrings back in their rightful place.

"Princess, do be careful," Chat says as he places Tikki inside her outstretched hand.

      Marinette's POV:

"Thanks, kitty," Marinette says weakly.  She watches him go and grins.

Marinette grabs ahold of a pillowcase, ripes it in half, and uses the small scraps to wrap her arm up in it. She smiles despite the pain glad the bloom flow has stopped for the moment.

"Tikki, spots on!" Marinette calls out.

She knows it is a risk to fight in this condition with a wound, but she can not leave the others to defeat Gabriel on their own.  If it is a battle he wants then he will get one is the thought on her mind as she exits the room now as Ladybug.

          Rena's POV:

Rena looks up as Chat appears again she does not bother to ask him where he has been. She is just glad he is back now.  Gabriel appears to be insane as he keeps insisting the earrings and ring are the key to his happiness.  She can tell he truly believes this rather it makes sense or not.

"Chat thank goodness, you are back," She says.

         Carapace's POV:

Carapace hears his miraculous beep just as Chat Noir arrives ready to rejoin in on the action.  He sees the guy brought some extra help. He is glad to see Ladybug.

"Ladybug, where one earth were you earlier when we needed your help?" He asks in her an accusatory tone.  He does not know how much his words make her feel bad.

He gets no answer as she wraps her yoyo around the small stick that Gabriel holds.

        Ladybug's  POV:

"How did you get that back?  You are miraculous is gone, because you were defeated already once as Hawkmoth. So tell me how can you have it with no powers?"  Ladybug remarks in surprise.

It is then, Ladybug realizes something seems off about the entire course of events.  It is almost as if they all have been lured into a trap.  She calls out "Lucky charm!"

To  her surprise it is a small  baseball. She thinks what am I to do with this?

    Chat's  POV:

Chat looks at the baseball and blinks his eyes.  "Wow, I thought you would get a notepad or something," He remarks.  He can see Ladybug roll her eyes in disapproval at his comment.

"Sorry, if  offended you, Bugaboo, " Chat Noir states.

Chat hears the baseball brush past him as it is thrown in the direction of his father. He watches in amazement as it hits the staff and the thing shatters. He thinks wow she did all that without the power of destruction. He admits it is rather amazing.

     Gabriel's POV:

"My cane, no!  You broke it, you pesty bug," Gabriel screams at her.

"Yes, so I did.  It is nothing in comparison to all the promises you have broken over the years or the lives you ruined as Hawkmoth.  Let all to all the pain you put Marinette in when you took her hostage," Ladybug remarks.

"I see you have chosen to speak about yourself in the third person again, very cute, but you know what? I hate cute," Gabriel scoffs.

   Chat's POV:

Chat take the cane and throws it at the window and watches the glass shatter. He grins big as it hits the ground outside. He is so glad that the cause of so much chaos is gone at last.  He sure hopes never to see it again.

      Ladybug's POV:

"Enough, you have broken Adrien's  face and hurt him emotionally more than you realize," Ladybug points out.

"He might not complain about it to you, but he wears makeup to cover the scars.  The scars I might add that all your doing," Ladybug says with anger in her voice.

"Oh , and another thing, I have grown stronger not weaker over the years," Ladybug tells him.

Ladybug holds a notepad in her hands and scribbles something on it. She hands it to Gabriel and smirks.

"Try explaining to the police why your back window is busted," She says with a  laugh as she points to the now broken window pane.

     Gabriel's POV:
"Where did you get the notepad?" Gabriel asks in amazement.

"I told you my powers have gotten stronger.  I have limitless lucky charms now.  This means I do not have to recharge my kwami as much and that I can defeat you.  I can take care of you once and for all," Ladybug retorts.

Gabriel looks scared for a change as Ladybug charges at him and places some sticky notes all around him. To his horror she has him all tied up in the miniature papers all with notes scribbled on them.  It is his worst nightmare ever come true.

     "No," He screams.

     Narrator's POV:
Chat and the others make a quick exit of the mansion. They all hide in different directions to transform.

Ladybug throws the baseball she picked up earlier along with the sticky note pad and throws them both into the air at the same time.  "Miraculous Ladybug!" She calls out and watches as all the little ladybugs fix the damage done by Gabriel and by Chat's cataclysm.

Now that everything is mostly back to normal, Marinette's arm is healed all with the rest of the damage done to her while she was gone for two weeks and held hostage by Gabriel Agreste.

The police arrive and take Gabriel Agreste away.   It turns out he will be in prison for a long time for charges of  violence, treason, kidnapping, unlawful holding someone against their will, for stealing, and for being Hawkmoth.  He is also said to be guilty of multiple attempts of murder, two charges of manslaughter, and child abuse.

Gabriel tries to plead his innocence, but the police officers are not buying any of his excuses. He is said to be guilty by reason of insanity and sent to a high level security prison with a special around the clock guards.

          Adrien's  POV:

Adrien is grateful his abuser is gone.  Now, he worries what will become of him.  He is not sure where he will stay since his father was the only relative left out of his parents to care for him.  His mother was buried since she was found dead in the basement.

He thinks the whole thing is a bit much to take in, but he is glad to have Marinette by his side.  He grins as he thinks and it all started with a sticky note.

         Marinette's POV:

Marinette thinks, if I have to I will follow Adrien to the ends of the earth and back again. She knows she loves him and he loves her. She is glad that things worked out so well for them. She is grateful to be free from the cell Gabriel held her in thanks to her hero friends, Chat Noir, Rena Rogue, and Carapace's  help.  She is glad that the villain lost in the end.

"Adrien, I am so glad you did not give up on me, and it is funny to think it all started with sticky notes," Marinette says.

"Ah, so you do remember, " Adrien says with a grin.

"Yes, and I will forever be thankful for it," Marinette remarks.

           Alya's POV:

"Ah, you two are so cute together!  I am so glad that Adrien got you to come to your senses Marinette, I mean just look at you now,"  Alya squeals.

Alya smiles as Adrien kisses Marinette and she takes a photo. Then, she lets Nino grab her hand so that Adrienette can have their privacy.

She is glad to have Nino in her life though she still is not sure if he loves her yet.  It is not like he says as much.

      Nino's POV:

"Alya, I am glad I did not need any sticky notes to get you to pay attention to me," Nino says.

"Nino, that is the most absurd thing you have ever told me,"  Alya remarks.

"Oh, but you know I like you," Nino says.

"Yes, I know," Alya responds with a sigh.

      Tom's POV:

Tom smiles when he gets a text from a familiar number.  He reads it glad for some good news for a change.

"Wow, he did it, he got her away from the man who took her," Tom says.

Tom hears a voice behind him he has heard in years say, "I know that is why I came back to Paris, France, to see how things are for our daughter."

"Sabine?  You are back?"  Tom asks as if he can not believe his eyes.

Tom never once thought since the divorce he would see her again.  He must admit some things never change while others things do in time. Some for the good and others for the bad.

              Sabine's POV:
"Yes, well I found this in my mailbox today," Sabine says.

She holds up the sticky note, Tom sent her recently. Then, shows him the other sticky notes he sent her.

"The only question is why?  Why Tom?  Why did you send this to me?"  Sabine asks with tears in her eyes.

"Oh, I think you know," Tom replies with a grin.

"Oh, Tom," Sabine says as she leans in and hugs him.

        the end...
