Meanwhile at the secret base, the Subspace Army are planning to attack while watching our heroes trying to stop them. The Boss (who will be revealed in a later chapter) sent one of his powerful minion to eliminate them. It was Ganondorf.

Ganondorf: "Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha!"

Ganondorf soon ran after the heroes.

At the Tower of Salvation, a newcomer is fighting an Half-elf and Angel person, Mithos Yggdrasill. It was Lloyd Irving.

Mithos: "You can't win Lloyd. This is the end for you."

Lloyd: "Yeah. Keep on dreaming."

Lloyd gets the Smash Ball and grabs it. Lloyd then uses his Final Smash, Falcon's Crest and traps Mithos and smashes him with a powerful strike from the Eternal Sword and Mithos has been eliminated.

Lloyd: "From the moment they are born, everyone good has the right to live."

Lloyd then takes his leave.

At Hueco Mundo, another newcomer is fighting off an Shinigami fighter, Sōsuke Aizen. It was Ichigo Kurosaki.

Aizen: "Ichigo Kurosaki, all of the battles you've fought, were all part of my plan."

Ichigo: "Shut up and fight me!"

Aizen begins to attack Ichigo with his punches and kicks, but Ichigo avoids those attacks and swings his sword, Zangetsu and manages to slices Aizen's arm off.

Aizen: "Damn you!"

Ichigo: "I'm giving you one last chance, stop attacking people and leave while you still can."

Aizen: "No thanks, for that would be boring."

Ichigo: "Very well, but just so you know, you choice your own life."

Ichigo got the Smash Ball and uses his Final Smash, Bankai Ichigo and transforms, making him more powerful. Ichigo then swings his sword and slices Aizen's head off. Ichigo then transforms back to normal and see's the five heroes here.

Naruto: "Ichigo."

Ichigo: "Naruto. Good to see you again. Who are you friends?"

Naruto: "That's Spider-Man, Akame, Princess Twilight, and Sunset Shimmer. We're stopping the Subspace Army. Care to help?"

Ichigo: "Very well."

Then, Lloyd shows up and meets the heroes.

Lloyd: "I will join as well."

Spider-Man: "Alright. The more, the merrier."

And they off to another location.

Meanwhile at Mario Circuit (Brawl), Yoshi, Luigi, Ness, Sheik, Dr. Mario, Toon Link, Villager, Applejack, Fluttershy, and Luffy were about to cross the track when the Shy Guys we're running over them. All of the Shy Guys were soon off of the track because a laser bean that gone across the stage kill them. It was R.O.B.. He gave each of them Special Flags to recover themselves.

Ness: "Thanks a lot."

Fluttershy: "Aww, what a sweet little robot you are."

Meta Knight: "You have a lot of skills."

Yoshi: "Yoshi!"

Sheik: "Focus your spirits!"

After that, Spider-Man's group shows up and meets the others.

Spider-Man: "Hello!"

Sheik: "Spider-Man! You're here!"

Applejack/Fluttershy: "Princess Twilight! Sunset Shimmer!"

The four ponies hugged each other.

Luffy: "Akame! Naruto! Ichigo! Lloyd!"

Anime Heroes sans Luffy: "Luffy!"

Soon, Ganondorf shows up and Warlock Punched R.O.B. into a trophy.

Ness: "R.O.B.!"

Villager: "He was our Robotic Operating Buddy!"

Spider-Man: "Damn! Who did that!"

Toon Link: "Ganon!"

Ganondorf: "Ah, Toon Link, I see Link is not here to protect you now. Now I will end you and your friends."

Dr. Mario freed R.O.B. from trophization.

Toon Link fought Ganondorf.

Toon Link dodged around him, when Ganondorf did a turnaround Warlock Punch and almost punched him really close to a Death line. Toon Link ran to him and Ganon held him up and Flame Choked him. Toon Link was being choked to death.

Twilight: "That's not good."

Ness: "Someone help him! He's choking! I can't believe I didn't see this coming."

Soon, a Gale Boomerang hit Ganondorf from the back side.

Ganondorf: (Still choking Toon Link) "Who dares!?"

It was Link. 

Link: "You're battle lies with me, Ganon!"

Ganondorf: "Ah, Link!"

Ganon soon let go of Toon Link and Dr. Mario went to take care of him.

Link: "I'll show you who to mess with."

He tried to Down Air with his Master Sword, but Ganondorf grabbed it and threw it away.

Ganondorf: "Ha, ha, ha, ha!"

Ganondorf prepares his Warlock Punch, but Link blocked it with his Hylian Shield.

Ganondorf: "You won't be ready for this!"

He brung out a Beetle to take Link away. He threw it.

Link: "Oh yeah...?"

Link reflected his back at Ganondorf.

Ganondorf: "Oh."

The Beetle grabbed him, took him to the skies and he went away.

Ganondorf: (KO Death Scream)

Link: "Hmm... that'll be good for now. Is Toon Link okay?"

Dr. Mario: "He's going to be alright now."

Toon Link: "T-Thanks, I-I-I really hate that Ganondork!"

Dr. Mario: "Here, eat this Megavitamin, it'll will make you feel better."

Toon Link takes it and everyone else shows up. At last, the gangs all here.
