However there's also a advanced version called contact fusion which requires you to sacrifice your monsters instead of using a spell to fuse them

Everyone was pretty surprised that he was able to explain fusion, but were amazed that he knew about contact fusion

Dakota: Next is ritual summon which only needs a ritual spell, the ritual monster, and one or more monsters that have a level equal to the ritual monsters level. Synchro summoning requires a monster and a tuner monster whose level equals the synchro monster's level. There's also double tuning which you synchro summon with two tuner monsters instead of one and accel synchro which you synchro summon with a tuner and a synchro monster

The teacher was somewhat impressed with his explanations and knowledge

Dakota: Next up is Xyz summoning. In my opinion it's the easiest considering you only need a specific number of the same level monsters and nothing specific. Then there's the advanced version called rank up and rank down. Rank up involves using the Xyz monster you have to summon its more powerful self while rank down does the opposite.

The whole class was in awe hearing him already explain 4 out of the six summoning styles

Dakota: Then there's pendulum summoning which requires two pendulum monsters and between their number you summon monsters between those numbers. Finally is link summoning which is kind of similar to Xyz only difference is that they go to somewhere called the extra monster zone they also have no level, rank, or even defense points which makes them pretty powerful in my opinion

At this point the teacher was astounded by his explanations of the summoning styles

Teacher: Very impressive Mr.Hyoudou and I will hold my end of our deal I only wish your brother payed the same amount of attention you do

Akeno: Ara Ara~ is Dakota doing what I think he's doing

Rias: Yes indeed

Alexis: He's going to synchro summon

Dakota: Now I tune my level 3 Flare Resonator with my level 1 Red Mirror and level 4 Red Sprinter. The heaven and earth shall tremble before the king's might. Everyone saw a red and black dragon with one broken horn unleash a loud mighty roar

Dakota: Oh and because Scarlight was synchro summoned with Flare Resonator he gains 300 extra attack points

Scarlight roared again having his attack points go to 3300

Everyone was surprised by seeing Dakota's dragon

Kiba: Dakota's dragon completely towers over Issei's

Issei: My turn, I draw. I summon Raging Flame Sprite! Now I use her ability to attack you directly bro and when she does she gains 1000 attack points

Issei: I'll end my turn

Dakota: My move, I draw! I activate the spell Card of Sanctity which allows both of us to draw until we have six cards in our hand

Alexis: Good move now Dakota gets a fresh start

Dakota: Alright Issei this is it. I activate my two face downs Ring Of Destruction and Fang Of Critias to fuse them together to summon the powerful Destruction Dragon

Dakota: Now I activate the spell card Ancient Rules which allows me to summon a monster that's level 5 or higher. So I summon my Blue-Eyes White Dragon!

Everyone is shocked except for Rias and Akeno since they already saw it's ultimate form

Dakota: Now I activate my Destruction Dragon's ability to destroy your Darkblaze Dragon and then you take damage equal to its attack points

Issei: 5600 LP

Dakota: Now Destruction Dragon attack Raging Flame Sprite!

Issei: 4700 LP

Dakota: Now Scarlight attack Issei directly

Issei: 1400 LP

Dakota: Now Blue-Eyes attack Issei and finish this duel with White Lightning Attack

Dakota's dragon launched a white blast directly at Issei
