A tall, black weasel walked through Woodburrow Plain. He had heard that these plains were where Terrath's body lay. He had orange eyes, gray splotches on both eyes, a scar shaped like an upside down Y on the part of his neck where his life-artery lay, a tattered brown scarf, a necklace with bear teeth, a red cape with white bear fur and gold symbols on the bottom, torn dragon wings with gray membranes, gold and silver armor pieces on his arms, a red band with white spikes, a gold ring on his pointer finger, an X shaped scar on the base of his tail, a brown tattered bandana on his tail, and a fluffy white tail tip.
He was walking with a pink female hairless mouse with a black and red robe and red eyes.
"I believe you will find Axemillious's mask somewhere around here," the mouse said.
The weasel nodded. "And what will I get for doing this?"
"I promised you that you'd get all the glory and all the riches you could want," the mouse answered.
The weasel nodded and the two continued walking. They found a giant golden helmet in the shape of a dragon's head. It had emerald tipped horns.
"We have found the helmet but where is the body?" The weasel asked.
The mouse frantically looked for the dead dragon's corpse. Her red eyes flashed wildly. "It should be here! I witnessed his death!"
The weasel frowned. "It seems like its not here. My walk here was pointless. I'll just go." He started walking away.
The mouse ran back and grabbed his cape. "No! Don't leave! I promise that we can still bring him back without the body!"
The weasel raised one gray eyebrow and look unamused. "You are getting dirt on my cape," He growled.
"I'm so sorry! But please don't leave!" The mouse squeaked, letting go of the red cape.
The weasel walked back towards the helmet. "We need a host body."
"We can find one somewhere around here from the war," the mouse said, looking around and spotting a gray and white wolf body with a scar on his right eye and a black and silver scale suit of armor. "There's one we can use!"
"It'll work," the weasel hissed. He lifted one hand and used magic to bring the wolf's body over. He sat it on the ground in front of the helmet. The weasel shrunk the helmet size to fit the wolf. "I think an average power mage like yourself can summon his spirit can't you?"
"Of course! Of course! That's child's play!" The mouse laughed, bringing her claws to the air. Her claws glowed red and then a glittering thing came from the ground and went into the wolf's body.
"And remind me why I was needed?" The weasel asked.
"I....I'm not sure..... I just wanted the best mage in the lands with me...." the mouse squeaked.
The weasel snorted and laughed. "You are such a child."
The wolf's body shook and then it stood up. It opened it's eyes it had purple eyes now. The wolf with the dragon's spirit moved its arms and flexed its muscles. "The body of Wolfie the Great was the best you could get me? It will have to do."
"Well It seems that my job is done," the weasel said.
"No wait Black December! You forgot something!" the mouse squeaked.
"What Flesh? We have a host body, the spirit is in the body, and it is working, what else could we possibly have to do!?" Black December snorted.
"I think you should name it, after all it is-"
"I'm going to stop you right there," the weasel growled. "You obviously are a child! What kind of mage names their creation!? Oh fine! Fine! Um.... I'll name him Venom is that good enough!?"
Flesh nodded and looked at Venom.
"Well you two! Come with me!" The wolf growled.
"Not so fast," Black December snorted. "I don't have a master. I live by myself in Snowden. And you are my creation after all."
Venom snarled and lashed his scaled black and silver tail. "I am not serving a lowly weasel!"
Black December raised one eyebrow and walked off.
The wolf shot daggers out of his eyes at the back of the weasel's head. "Come on Flesh. Let's go back to the castle and celebrate my rebirth."
The mouse clapped her claws together and nodded. The two walked off towards Terrath's Land.
