{Season 2|EP.19}

“Alice! Alice!” Scotch yelled. “You know, you shouldn’t be yelling in a hall like that Scotch.” A familiar voice reminded him. “Diablo…I thought I turned you into swiss cheese.” Scotch growled. “Looks like you didn’t do a good job.” Diablo smirked. “This time, I’ll make sure you’ll die.” Scotch vowed.

“Let’s make this official shall we?” Diablo snapped his fingers turning the room into an arena.

Scotch and Diablo faced each other, swords drawn in a large Roman arena. Diablo charged at Scotch and tried to swing his sword, but Scotch blocked with his own sword. Diablo was sent backwards, while Scotch was sent into the air. While in the air, Scotch fires two spiraling beam blast of energy from his sword at Diablo, who deflected them.

Diablo jumped into the air, performed a flip and smashed his sword into the ground, causing a shock wave to go straight at Scotch, who blocked the attack with his shield, but got launched back. Diablo charged at Scotch both swinging at each other. Diablo quickly dashed forward towards Scotch who blocks with his shield and on the last swing Scotch rolls under Diablo.

Scotch charged his sword with his magic, making it glow. When it finished charging, he lets go in a 360-degree slash at Diablo, who was sent flying back. Diablo fires multiple lighting shots at Scotch, who runs and blocks them with his sword.

Then Scotch jumped and performed another spin attack, deflecting the lighting shots. Diablo jumped into the air and fired a huge lightning bolt at Scotch from above. Scotch used his sword to absorb the thunder and as Diablo landed, Scotch fires a thunder-fueled skyward strike at Diablo, who gets hit and was sent flying.

As Diablo remained in the air, Scotch takes his bow and arrow and fires arrows at Diablo, who deflects them with his sword. Diablo landed and charges at Scotch, who charges an arrow made of ice.

Once Diablo is close enough, he fires it, freezing Diablo, but thanks to Diablo's superhuman body heat, he immediately thaws out. Diablo charges at Scotch and swings, but Scotch dodged and throws a boomerang, leaving him defenseless for a moment and allowing Diablo to deliver a series of sword strikes on him.

Diablo then proceeded to use his abilities and Scotch attempts to counter with his sword. Diablo eventually performs a mighty upswing, knocking the sword out of Scotch's hands and forcing him to hide behind his shield. Diablo delivers blow after blow on Scotch's shield.

Then the boomerang from earlier comes back and hits Diablo, stunning him for a few seconds. Scotch retrieves his sword. Scotch then swings at Diablo, sending him flying. In the air, Diablo uses his fire abilities and fires a few shots at Scotch.

Scotch puts on boots with pegasus wings on them, they begins to increase his speed, and runs with his shield outstretched. Dodging the fire, Scotch stops and runs up a pillar. Scotch launches himself at Diablo, striking him with another spin attack. Scotch lands on a platform above the ground, while Diablo lands on a small ring on a pillar. Diablo then summoned meteors from above, sending them at Scotch.

“Stars, rain down!” Diablo yelled. Scotch uses his shield and blocks every meteor. While Scotch is distracted blocking the meteors, Diablo charges and strikes Scotch with his sword, sending Scotch into the air.

“This ends here!” Diablo’s sword separated into its individual components, and attacking Scotch once with each sword on Scotch, who manages to block the majority of the attack with his shield. Once Diablo goes for the final strike, Scotch executes a well-placed sword swing, striking Diablo in the middle of the final blow and causing him to slam into the ground.

As Diablo falls to the ground on his knee, succumbing to his wound, Scotch throws a flurry of bombs. The bombs explode, sending Diablo flying in the air, Scotch performs the fatal blow, piercing through Diablo. Scotch lands with his sword buried into the ground as Diablo's lifeless body falls shortly after. Scotch then gets up and walks away.

“I told you I would make sure you die.” Scotch smirked.

“Clover. What have they done to you?” Musa asked, looking at the new Clover. Clover’s new outfit is mostly made up of her favorite color, dark blue/indigo. She wore a indigo cloak with a hood, with matching indigo ruffled ankle-boots with blackish-gray soles, with a leotard-like long-sleeved shirt that is bluish-black with cuffs at her wrists of the same blue of her cloak.

On her cloak, she has a circular black/red jewel set in a gold plate that attaches the whole thing together. The jewel also sometimes has a raven head shape in the jewel. Around her waist she has a red and gold belt with the same jewels around it, while her legs are exposed. The belt ties at the back like a cord.

“I changed. A lot. The D.A helped me with that, and they can help you to.” Clover replied. “No, I just want the only Clover back. Not this.” Musa referred to the new changes to Clover. “This is me now. Either you can except it or go down in history as a failure like some of the people in these book.” Clover said, picking up one of the book and placing it back on the table.

“But this isn't you. You’re the girl who used to play tag with me and Tequila at the cherry blossom tree every day when we were little. You’re the girl who used to heal my wounds after every mission. Even when I told you not to. This, this whole darkness persona, isn't you.” Musa explained, holding Clover’s hands in her owns.

“Musa, I died years ago, you need to move on. I’m gonna give you one chance to let you get out of here. I don't wanna hurt you Musa.” Clover let go of her hands. “No, I’m not leaving unless you come back with me.” Musa declared, touching Clover’s shoulder. Suddenly, Musa could see what was happening inside of Clover’s brain.

“You’re still in there. Something is blocking you from returning back to your normal.” Clover then smacked Musa’s hand away from her shoulder. “You. Saw. NOTHING!” Clover yelled, Clover then starts flying in mid air preparing for combat. Clover shoots a beam down at Musa, who leaps to the side before facing her new enemy.

The two empaths shoot powerful beams at each other which clash and starts burning the library. “No! Not the books!” Musa yelled, Clover flies to the side and shoots another beam that Musa deflects to the wall. Musa uses her telekinesis to send some nearby furniture towards Clover. Clover summons a part of her soul, that was shaped as a raven, into the air.

“Darkness takes you!” The shadowy raven destroys the furniture with one swipe and charges towards Musa. Muse used a teleportation spell to escape outside and witnesses the burning library. “Oh no! Not again!”

Clover teleports near Musa and punches her before kicking her into a portal that sends Musa crashing in the nearby forest. Clover enters the portal as Musa recovers from the blow. Musa notices the trees are covered by dark magic and start flying.

“Huh?!” Musa was in shock. “Aran vigis maldifidii!” Clover starts lifting a number of trees and tossing them at her opponent. Musa uses her agility and magic to destroy the trees or dodge them. Clover then condenses all the trees for one massive attack. Musa summons her elemental crown to increase her magic and withstand the barrage.

“Is that all you can do?!” Clover yelled. Clover's cloak changes to white as her magic increases and covers the area in darkness. Musa struggles to maintain her stance and casts the Want It, Need It spell on a nearby rock. She is seen ducking in the ground as the darkness dissipates.

“Please work!” Musa hoped, closing her eyes.  Musa opens her eyes only to find Clover obsessively hugging and drooling the nearby rock she cast the spell on. “I want it! I need it! It’s mine, all mine!” Clover sounded like Creature from Lord Of The Rings.

Musa starts flying in the air more confidently. “I’ve got you right where I want you!” Musa smirked as Clover stood up and angrily faces Musa, as she gained additional eyes. Clover was now in her Dark Clover form.

“GET AWAY FROM IT!!!” As Musa is startled by her challenger, Clover sends her soul-raven to envelop her enemy. Musa manages to cast one last spell before she's cast into darkness. Clover uses her magic to drain Musa of her emotions, causing her to turn gray. Before Clover delivers the killing blow, she's hit with Musa's magic and turned into a potted plant. Clover's Soul-Self releases Musa from it's grasp.

After Musa is released, she barely had the strength to cast on last spell, due to her drained emotional state. She walks up to the plant with Clover's cloak wrapped around it and prepares to stomp it with her foot.

“Sorry to “soil” your fun!” Clover laughed. Clover's soul-self emerges from the sky at high speeds and dive bombs right into Musa, causing a huge explosion and leaving only a Musa-shaped hole in the ground.

For a second it seemed like Clover won, that second soon passed when Clover felt a sword go thru her back. “Release!” Musa yelled as she quickly removed the sword causing a black mist to exit out of Clover’s body.

“Clover?” Musa asked, breathing heavily. “Musa-chan?” Clover asked weakly. Surprisingly, the stab wound was gone. Musa looked at clover to see she was back to normal.
