Background information (This chapter shows the past life of Anika, Gauri, Saumya and Priyanka)

Anika's Life

Anika started working in Saumya's office after a week and while working she started saving money for Priyanka and Gauri as she thought that since Saumya is looking after them, she could start earning money for the girls. She worked really hard and even did overtime, despite being pregnant. Saumya always tried to stop her from stressing so much but Anika didn't listen and that's why she had complications in her pregnancy. Once, when she was five months pregnant, she met Ritik Vardhan Trivedi. Ritik was there for a meeting and Anika was the one in charge of the meeting. As soon as Ritik saw Anika, he hugged her and started murmuring that his Ani is back. Anika tries to push him away however, he keeps hugging her and crying. Soon, he shows a picture of his deceased mother who looks exactly like Anika. Anika finally got reunited with her brother. Ritik told Anika about Chutki who was separated from them due to an accident. Anika started searching for Chutki until one day when she heard Gauri confessing in her dreams that she is Chutki. She made Ritik do a DNA test with Gauri and that's how she found out that Gauri is her sister. She works in Ritik's company as an employer, and no one in the office knows that she is Ritik's sister.

Gauri's Life

After Anika started working, Gauri discovered her talent in art and started working with people to sell her artwork and become famous. Gauri without even knowing that Anika is her sister started having sister bonding ever since she met Anika. After finding out that Anika was actually her sister, she couldn't have become happier. She has a perfect family, 3 wonderful sisters, one handsome and kind brother and a beautiful bhabhi. She is a mixture of her parents and therefore looks a little different from Anika.

Saumya's Life

Saumya got a wonderful family after a lot of pain and sorrow in her life. She got 2 wonderful sisters who make her feel so special since she is the youngest, she gets spoiled sometimes by her brothers. Ritik considers Saumya as a sister as well and never differentiates her from Anika and Gauri. She mostly gets spoiled by Ritik while her Shivanya bhabhi stops her from going on the wrong track. Ever since Priyanka and Ranveer became Priveer she has been so happy, since both of them are so perfect with each other. She is the CEO of her brother's company

Priyanka's Life

Priyanka's life took a big turn after meeting Ranveer as she finally found her long lost friend. She started gaining more confidence with the help of her bhabhis, di and Ranveer. When she felt she finally has the confidence, she took help from the bank as well as Saumya to start a company. She has never been so happy, all her dreams were coming true. She constantly missed her brothers but when Ritik entered her life, even that sadness washed away.

Neil's Life

Neil became an orphan at the age of 2 when both of his parents died in a car crash and none of his uncles or aunties wanted to adopt him. Since he was young, he was put into the orphanage. Neil met Anika when he was 8 while Anika was 6, they immediately became best friends because both of them had a similar situation where Anika's parents died in a car crash while Neil's parents also died in a car crash. Anika was adopted by Sahil's family when Anika was 8 and she sadly left with them, but never forgot her only friend, Neil. Neil was adopted by the Khanna family a few months later. They loved Neil like their own son while Neil tried his best to be a perfect son for them, fearing that if he won't then they might leave him in the orphanage again. Neil immediately felt some connection for Anika when she started working in Ritik's company. He even started bonding with Anika, not knowing that Anika is his childhood friend, Ani. On the day of Anika's delivery, he got to know that Anika is actually his Ani who he has been searching for. Avni became Anika's secretary after Ansh's birth and Neil fell for at first sight. He never had nerves to confess his love for Avni but he used to flirt with her and would make Avni happy whenever she was sad. Neil does know that Anika is Ritik's sister

Note: Shivanya and Ritik know about Aniriya and Priyanka's past and so does Neil but he doesn't know the name of the guy that destroyed his best friend's life.
