Hello my fellow readers!!!!! It's you're Tashi here!!!

Well people has been commenting on my Instagram and snap chat, saying "how are you so healthy?" Or "how do you keep you're hair heathy and alive?" 

Well I'm just going answer these questions that people are asking me. So....

How I stay healthy is that I eat a lot of healthy foods like, vegetables, fruits, white meat (aka chicken) and salmon with some lemon juice on it. I also drink this daily diet drink that is just a gallon of water with sliced cucumbers, sliced lemon, some mint leaves, with some ginger in it. And run, or do lots of exercise, and it will help you're body so much and it's also good when you have girl problems. (If you're a girl, then you will know what I mean by girl problems)

And how do I keep my hair healthy and alive? Well I wash my hair a lot with pantex shampoo and conditioner (A Lot) and I don't really curl my hair often (only when I'm going to parties) and I've never dyed my hair, so.... yeah...
