(AN/ Just btw Balerion sounds like Benedict Cumberbatch. If you don't know who that is then shame on you)
1st. Aria's pov
I awoke to a pounding at my chamber door. "Get up, you lazy wench!" I groggily sat up, forgetting where I was for a second, but then realizing that I was in a cave with a dragon pounding at my door. "I'm up, I'm up!" I shouted, quickly pulling on a maids uniform from the dresser. It was the only thing in the dresser. My nightclothes would not have been acceptable. I stepped out of the chamber and was immediately enveloped in feathers. My voice was muffled as I yelled, "Let me go you great feathery beast!" He didn't, only dragging my into the large sitting room and dumping me on one of the dragon sized couches. He stalked over to the other one and curled up on it, glowering at me. "So, I figured we could get to know each other, since I am basically keeping you prisoner.." He rumbled. A get to know you party with a dragon. Never thought I would be doing that. "Okay.." I said nervously.
"Let me tell you about myself," he began. "As you know my name is Balerion. I am one of the few feathered dragons in Zarsia. We are rare, but to popular belief we do exist. I do not have a mate, and my favorite color is purple." Smoke trailed from his nostrils as he stared at me. "Well, tell me a bit about yourself."
"Uh, my name is Aria, Princess Aria Cinder. My father is kind of Zarsia, though he wishes to cross the sea and conquer the land beyond. I have two sisters, the eldest is in line for the throne. She hates me for some reason, and my favorite color is blue." I stared pointedly at him. He gave me an appraising look. "Intresting. Well then" All of a sudden there was a loud boom outside. Balerion snorted and jumped up. He curled me in his tail once again and padded outside to see the commotion. I blinked as my eyes adjusted to the sunlight. I'd forgotten how beautiful Zarsia was in the summer time. Rolling green hills, lush forests, all kinds of animals. My attention was suddenly drawn to the other dragon standing a few feet away. It looked very similar to Balerion. It's eyes were the same bright gold but it's were green and blue and it had small horns, whereas Balerion had none. "I suppose you're not very happy to see me," the dragon rumbled and I realized it was female. I looked to Balerion to see he was glowering at her. "No, sister, I am not."
