After recovering from her injuries, which kept her in bed for a month, Ruby decided to stay on Bird Island. She's now living peacefully with her new friends.
Red adopted Silver, it was a dream come true. She even started calling him “Daddy" now that she knew what the word meant.
Matilda and Terence got married at last. The wedding was beautiful, and they vowed to stay together forever.

As for Ross, he's now living a happy life with his new friend Tony.
And now that King Mudbeard was gone, Piggy Island needed a new ruler. Young Henry Smoothcheeks paid no attention to this, and instead decided to read his mother's letter to the now late great king.
“My dearest King Mudbeard, there is something you need to hear..."
