"Sweetie! Why haven't you been answering any of my calls?" aunt Claire's high pitched voiced blared through my phone.

"Sorry. I've had a buisy schedule" I sighed as I sat down on a nearby bench.

"Right. My little girl's all grown up now" I heard her say. I looked at the ground feeling my chest tighten.

I would give anything in the world to hear those words from my mother.

My mother... The woman who spent nine months creating me. I had seen photos of her at aunt Claire's house. She was a beautiful woman. Still pretty young, aunt Claire said she was twenty three before she died.

"Yeah. I guess so" I answered swallowing the lump in my throat.

"So I'm pretty sure my beautiful girl has something important to do and aunt Claire is distracting her" she said

"Well yeah. I need to get to class now " I answered

"Alright honey. Take care" she said before blowing a kiss and hanging up.
Aunt Claire was a really great person. She never attempted to take mom's place and I'm thankful for that. I love aunt Claire but even though she is a mother-like figure, she's not my mother.

I sighed and wiped a tear that had escaped my eye. How can a person I have never met before be the reason I'm sad right now? I shouldn't de sad, I should be heading to my next class right now.

"Come on. Don't be such a baby and get to your next class. The grade isn't gonna pass itself" I whispered to myself as I got up and walked towards my next class.

The day passed in a blur and I could remember nothing from my classes except one thing, the teachers were talking.... Yeah, talking absolute nonsense.

I was currently walking to my dorm when I saw a cute dog barking at me. He was white and had a pretty pink bow on the side of his neck.

I looked to my left and right and saw nobody around so I walked up to the dog. I was about to pet him when he took off running. He turned around half way and barked at me before running again.

Curiosity got the best of me and I ran after the dog. He was fast but I managed to match my pace with his. Adrenaline was pumping through my veins And I found myself laughing.

The dog gave me a curious look before slowing his pace down to a jog. I did the same and remained beside him until we reached the end of the path we were going. The dog jumped on top of the small wall in front of us and wagged his tail.

The next thing he did left me wide eyed. He was covered up in a puff of smoke and disappeared, leaving someone in his place.

"M-Mr. Pheles?" I asked.

"Emi, how are you?" he smirked and I blushed feeling stupid for chasing after a dog.

"I'm fine" I whispered and his smirk changed into a smile.

"That's good to hear. Did you have fun? You looked like you enjoyed running after me" he laughed and I laughed along.

"The reason I brought you here is because-" he stopped mid sentence and gazed at something next to my feet. At first I didn't notice it but once I got a closer look I could tell it was a small hamster. He had a strange color, green.

A puff of smoke appeared around him, covering him up just like what Mr. Pheles had done.

In his place was a green haired boy. He was sitting cross legged on the floor with a bored expression, using one arm to lean against and the other to twirl the lollipop in his mouth.

"It took you long enough" I managed to hear the boy although I could barely understand him thanks to the lollipop he had.

"She's the girl" Mr. Pheles smiled at the boy who's expression changed into a curious one. He stood up and walked in a circle around me.

"What are you doing?" I asked.

"I'm inspecting you" he said smelling my neck. I tried to step away but he held me in place.

"You smell sweet" he said and licked my neck making me shiver. Finally I felt his grip loosten and I stepped away.

"You dance, right?" he asked sitting next to Mr. Pheles.

"Yeah" I answered.

"What do you think?" Mr. Pheles said with a smirk.

"She's... Interesting" the boy answered. They both looked in my direction and I stood there awkwardly, not knowing what to do.

"She's training to be an exorcist, you know"

"Is she?" the boy asked and Mr. Pheles nodded.

"Excuse me but it's not that pleasant to talk about a person as if she's not standing right here" I waved my hands in front of my face and they both turned to me.

"Right, where are my manners? Emi, this is my brother Amaimon" Pheles said.

"Hi" I waved awkwardly at the boy who seemed to be staring right into my soul.

"Emi... I'll be watching you" he said and leaned back, dissapearing behind the wall. I ran towards him but he was no longer there.

"Emi, it's getting dark out. You should head back to your dormitory" Pheles said and changed into a dog again. I nodded and we both walked side by side back to the building.

But my mind was on the green haired boy I had just met. He was strange, and sort of... Good looking?

Amaimon, I hope to see you again soon.

Hey! I know it's a short chapter but I wanted to update because it's been forever.

I hope you liked it. Its a bit different from the rest. This was all me. I used to do it watching the anime and writing what goes on.

Let me know how you like it. Me writing it or like the anime.
