🔮Stare into my crystal ball and what Link do we see?

Alright my dreamy fishes of the deep seas,

Don't swim away on me just yet. Yes, this is kid Link, and no, I'm not saying it's because you're all children. I mean let's think about it, child Link is more mature than many of the adult Links. While I gave adult OOT Link to Capricorn, dear little fishes, I present to you, child Link. The sign of Pisces is the only sign that somehow integrates the wondrous imagination of their inner child into much of their gritty adult lives. Is it any surprise some of our most artistic contributions come from the irrevocably vivid minds of fellow Pisceans such as Michaelangelo, Renoir, Curt Cobain, Dr.Seuss and Rihanna? (To name just a few!)

Pisces is a bit of an alchemist, as their deep sensitivity laced with their many traumas turns them into the fiercest of creatives and the most spiritually evolved warriors.

And what says alchemy more than Majora's Mask, a game where child Link is forced to transform into every creature in Termina but himself?

A game so hauntingly beautiful, a game so resplendently dark, we can't help but continue to unravel its messages years later.

Let's dive into some of Pisces's qualities, shall we?

Kid Link is so, so special

First, he is thrust into becoming the Hero of Time and saving Hyrule with the soul of a child in the body of a man.

Then, he is thrust into an alternate universe where he must save that land from an apocalyptic moon threatening to crash into it.

I mean, this is pretty trauma inducing and heavy stuff isn't it?

My brother was a Pisces, and he was one of my most favorite people. He was ahead of his time and quick-witted. A story that connects Pisces to me is when my brother watched this boy bully another kid on the playground and he picked up a stick and broke his arm. (True story.)

Pisceans may not openly share their traumas, but you can openly share yours in their presence. They are here to be saviors and they very much relish saving people.

A broken person? Pisces will fix them. A destroyed relationship? Pisces will fix it. A vacuum cleaner that won't pick up? Pisces will fix it!

Like their opposite sister sign Virgo, Pisces loves a good fixer upper. But not because they're perfectionists like Virgo and love the challenge. Pisceans generally believe in the good of all and love being the ones that can save you at the end of the day. Whether it be from someone else or yourself.

And realistically, Majora's Mask was about much more than saving Termina. It was saving the meaning of friendship that had frayed in the eyes of an outcast Skull Kid. It was saving doomed lovers such as Anju and Kafei.

Shit, if we could have saved Mikau Pisces would have. We just wear his face and jam with the Indigo-go's in his honor.

Because at the end of the day- when Pisces can't save someone, what better remedy is it than to write a song, draw a picture or paint a portrait?

Let's review some of Majora's Mask aesthetics that fit Pisces:

-I want to start by addressing the theme of Majora's Mask. Majora's Mask was groundbreaking to the Zelda franchise. It took the series out of the familiarity of Hyrule and into Termina, an alternate world with the same beloved races and characters under different identities lived their normal, everyday lives while dealing with the impending threat of a falling moon. It took the series into a darker, unprecedented territory. One that has remained in the eyes of fans who crave that uncomfortable familiarity to return

-Tingle. An introduction to one of the series most whacky and intriguing characters. Tingle's success has spawned his appearance in following games and his own spin-off series.

-The story of Anju and Kafei really draws into Pisces territory for me with its foreboding sense of romance. You have this star-crossed love going on as Kafei is returned to a child and Anju will not evacuate Clock Town, waiting for him until the bitter end.

- The ability to wear the Deku, Goron and Zora masks and become these characters was monumental. A Pisces, in the artistic sense wears many masks in order to create their masterpieces.

-Also, the series not focusing completely on Princess Zelda, but rather young Link in search of his dear fairy and friend, Navi, and befriending Skullkid, an outcast in search of what it means to really have a friend. If you ever can't find a lunch table to sit at in school, I promise it would be a Pisces (or a Libra) who well send you an invite to sit with them. No one eats alone at a Piscean's table.

-The Song of Healing? But of course, Pisceans are one of the few signs that take the ugliness of the healing process with all its ups and downs and transform it.

- Majora's Mask is all about the masks (obviously) but instead of an item for Pisces, I'd like to include the masks of the four bosses. Odalwa, Goht, Gorg, and Twinmold. Not only did you receive your obligatory heart piece from defeating the boss, but you were awarded with their mask (which in turn sets the four giants free whom become your besties later when you fight Majora.)

Sooo- you already know. Next time you feel the need to dig through the ditches and burn with the witches. Take a nice calming bubble bath (with Dr.Teal's Epsom salts because we are all about comfy nights at home, aren't we little fishes?) Brew you a nice cup of your expensive limited edition green tea you got shipped fresh from Tibet and pop you in some Majora's Mask.
