Macie and Sam were walking through Flawless again. Macie complained that she was bored staying in his house so they went to get something to eat from McDonalds. Macie was munching on her fries. "Mmmm your fries are just like the ones I had back on Earth." She said as Sam chuckled as she talked with her mouth full. "Well, you guys may have pollution, wars, and over population but you do have good taste in food." Sam agreed stealing a little poke to Macie's sides. Macie giggled as some fry crumbs came out of her mouth. "Sammy I'm eating."

"That never stopped me before." Sam replied as Macie stuck her tongue out at him. "Hey Sam!" Sam and Macie turned to see Aiden, Lily, and another guy beside him. Aiden still had Lily in his grasp as she struggled to get out and run. "AIDEN LEMME GO!" She squealed as Aiden continued to tickle the little girl. "Me and Aiden are going out to the movies. Wanna join us? We're gonna see the movie Old." Macie shivered. She remembered watching the trailer and hoped to never see that movie. Macie shook her head violently. "N-No thanks I'm good." She answered as Sam kissed her cheek. "It's okay Macie. We don't have to go if you don't want to."

"No no, I mean you can go. I just don't wanna go." Macie replied as Sam widen his eyes. "Are you sure?"

"Yeah. They're your friends. You can go with them." Macie smiled at him. Sam sighed a bit and looked back. "Sure thing Steve. I'm coming."

"Great. Let's go!" Steven said as he, Aiden, and Lily, walked away with Sam. Sam turned back to Macie and waved goodbye. Macie waved back and felt someone's hand grasping her. "Macie come quick. We need your help." It was Hailey. She was very worried about something and it upset Macie. "Hey what's wrong?"

"It's James! He's in trouble!" Hailey said as she grabbed Macie's wrist and ran down the hill. "Woah!" Macie had no choice but to follow her.

As the two girls ran and ran, Macie noticed that they were coming up on a huge forest. It was covered with shadows and ruins. The trees were very dirty and they had no leaves. Just looking at it makes you shiver. "Um, Hailey what is this place?" She asked when they stopped. "It's called the Dark Lands. It's filled with unwanted creatures. They prey on us when we're not looking."

"Why'd you bring me here?"

"Because one of the creatures stole James. He's trapped!"
