A few days has passed.. and Flare has started getting the thought out of her head... sorta.

She was the training area, sharpening her claws on the walls.
She then heard pawsteps and turned around, "Hey Flare." Alder said shyly.

Flare rolled her eyes. "What do you want Alder?"
Alder lowered ears. "I.. I, uh.. just wanted to check on you. You've seemed tense lately."

Flare snorted. She was used to hearing this. Ever since.. that day, the cats kept telling her she's been acting different. But she wasn't acting at all. Is it wrong to have negative emotions? So, it's fine for Scars to kill millions of cats, but it's so terrible to have negative feelings?

Flare snorted. "Aren't I always tense, as everyone says?"
Alder looked thoughtful for a moment. "No.. Cats would say, 'that you're always angry at something or have the worst thoughts or planning to shake someone and yell at them and you would say," He then did some sort of an impression of her. "Stop smiling already, the world is awful and so stop being happy!"

Flare narrowed her eyes. "Excuse me, but I sound nothing like that! You sound like you got a mouse bone stuck in your throat."
Alder dramatically put a paw to his chest. "Well, how dare you. It's not my fault I can't do female voices."
Flare snorted, half annoyed and half amused. "Then learn how to."

Alder laughed, then looked back at her. "You should do that more.."
Flare raised an eyebrow. "Do what?"
Alder smiled at her. "Smile more. You don't have to be negative all the time."
Flare glared. "Yes, I do." She said hard. "I choose to be negative."

Flare snorted and walked out of the training area..
