Sonic thought, oh no I was so close to death.....why?....I just wanna die.....I can't explain I'm already done for....I have regretted everything I did to Knuckles....then a familiar voice whispered to Sonic, Sonic...Sonic....over here.... The blue hedgehog weakly turned to Knuckles who was in shock....Sonic whispered, Knu....ckles....why....is....he? Knuckles ran towards him and started to undo the straps from the chair.... Knuckles whispered, your okay now......*he looks at the bloody hedgehog*....Sonic? The bloody hedgehog whispered, you....why....are you here?.....I didn't need....to be saved...... Knuckles was shocked but continued to undo the restraints the red echidna didn't care what he needed all Knuckles wanted to do was get him out of here and clear his name..... Sonic said as he burst into tears, please....just go......leave me here to die....I..I've done enough...damage....to everyone....but mostly you....I'm too tired.... Knuckles was in horror hearing Sonic saying that but Knuckles didn't leave him.....he declined what he said and then said as he freed Sonic, I'm not leaving you here to die....I can't do that....I didn't want this.... then he picked up the injured hedgehog in his arms and ran out of the asylum....but as the asylum electricity started to come back on the alarm blasted out loud.... fortunately they were able to get away....Knuckles thought, this isn't good....he's been suffering like crazy....they didn't even try to treat them either...he's shaking like a leaf.....*Sonic gasp* Knuckles whispered, no...no....Shhhhhh....shhh..ssshhh... Sonic who is still in his arms whispered both in fear, confusion, and pain, h..how were you able t..to... Knuckles interrupted him calmly, ssshhh....please....try not to talk.... Knuckles explained to him how he was able to enter the asylum and everything.... (Knuckles saw Sonic being escorted to the electric chair....but was shocked to see him in horrid shape.....he needed to do something and fast before it's too late....so he turned off the electricity before they had a chance to kill Sonic....then ran towards him without any of the staff knowing....
