[Rantaro - because I realize he hasn't had his point of view here in a while XD]

Naoki, after standing for so long, sat down in a chair and began writing away at his clipboard. It made me mad to just be here while that blue haired weirdo used Lui like some guinea pig.

Daigo nugded my arm and nodded, as if to say what's wrong? "Nothing," I replied, patting my pocket for a lollipop and then sighing angrily. "Great, now I'm outta lollipops!"

"Good, the sugar was starting to mess with your brain." Wakiya retorted with a smirk. I stood up and stomped over to him. "Hey! What's your problem?"

"See what I mean."

"I'll get you for that!"

[After finally arriving in Beigoma, Lui sighed and walked towards the beach. He had no clue of what to do after the recent events, so he thought maybe the ocean noises might help him think things through.

He took out Luinor and held it up to the moon, where it shone brightly in the pale moonlight. He couldn't wait to try it out in an actual stadium, but a sudden yell interuppted his thoughts.

"DAMMIT, WHY?!"

Lui glanced at the water and saw a boy with mahogany brown hair and deep teal eyes. On his head were what appeared to be swimming goggles, and he wore a white sleeveless shirt and pants.

The boy kicked the water and collapsed on the ground. He muttered something incoherent and looked up at the sky, not noticing Lui now walking towards him. He sat down besides the boy and sighed, "What's got you all up in a bad mood?"]

Valt snapped his fingers and pointed at the screen. "I recognize him, he's one of the members of rideout isn't he?"

Wakiya nodded. I couldn't remember his name even though he looked so familiar. "Ugh, what a drag."

[The boy looked at Lui and raised an eyebrow. "Who are you?"

Lui flicked a seashell and shrugged. "My name should be the last of your concern if you just yelled out to the ocean." The boy blushed and shook his head.

"So what's up?" Lui asked again.

The boy said, "Nothing, just parent issues. My dad keeps reminding me it's my fault my mom's dead, and I'm slowly starting to forget her which only makes it hurt more."

"Oh yeah? Some old lady thinks I killed my mother too."

The mahogany haired boy looked up in surprise. "Really?"

Lui nodded. "Sucks too, but luckily I got to see a picture of her." He gestured to his scarf and said, "I suspect this was hers as well," he then took out his bey, "and this was the last thing she left for me."

The boy's eyes widened as he pulled out his bey and replied, "My mom left me a bey too, said it was my grandfather's."

They looked at each other and smiled slightly. "Guess we're not that different," the boy said. "If you're ever interested in battling, you should go to the National Tournament Building's training facility. I'll almost always be there with a friend of mine who's looking into starting up a team."

Lui nodded and stood up. "Well, I should probably get going, I've had a long flight just now." He walked away and stopped abruptly. "By the way, the name's Lui, Lui Shirosagi."

He continued walking as the boy smiled slightly and called out, "Katana, Katana Sakaki."
