It's finally Sunday night, the night that every student in all of the academies have been waiting for. The dance, all of them are in their suits and dresses and one by one they enter the ball room. Thanks to the room being larger, it was not really crowded so they have more space for their dance. Three people entered in the ball room and was greeted by Yang.

"Hey there guys, welcome to the dance! Oh! Look at you Y/N, being a gentleman rather than a cutie eh?" Yang teased him.

"You look as beautiful as ever, Yang." He said with a smile.

"Aww! Thanks, that's so sweet of you to say that!" Yang then hugs him making him sigh.

"This is gonna be a busy night... Do you have a date to be with tonight, Aster?" He asked his team mate.

"Yeah, I do. She's probably already here, so I'm gonna find her. I'll let you guys meet her later!" Aster leaves to find his date.

"How about you Nixium? Do you have someone as a date?" Yang asked her as she lets go of Y/N.

"Hm, nope. No one asked me, but I'm fine with that. I'll be around gathering all the donuts. See ya." She then leaves to do her own business.

"It's only been like twenty minutes yet look at it, there's already so many of us in the ball room." Yang said.

"I think this is most of us right now, I guess all of them are excited for this moment." Y/N said.

The door opens to see Ruby wearing a red dress. Both Y/N and Yang smiled at her appearance.

"That dress looks great on you, sis!" Yang complimented.

"These heels really hurt my feet! How does Weiss even survive in this?" Ruby said moving unusually due to the heels.

"You'll get used to it just like Weiss. By the way, you look wonderful in that dress, Ruby." Y/N said.

"T-thanks, anyway is Blake going to come?" She asked with a tint of pink on her cheeks.

"I don't know yet, but I do hope I was able to convince her. Didn't realize that she has been like that for past weeks." He said.

Blake and Weiss then enter inside, the three of them looked at them and smiled.

"Glad you ladies can make it, this event would be a waste if one of you is absent." Y/N said.

"You look great today, Y/N." Weiss said to him.

"Thanks, you as well the same goes to you Blake." He smiled.

"Hey guys." Jaune greets the five as team JNPR showed up.

"Y/N! I didn't notice that it was you!" Nora tackles him to a hug.

"Good evening to you too." Y/N said

"So where are the rest of your team, Y/N?" Pyrrha asked.

"The of them are scattered around here. Anyway, shall we get down there and enjoy the night?" He asked.

"Sure." All of them said.

They got down the stairs and stood on the dance floor. While they all decided to sit back or go somewhere else, Nixium along with her best friend spotted his cousin and decided to approach him.

"There you are! Here's your boyfriend, Neo! I'll let you two be alone right now so, bye!" Nixium walks away.

"You look great today, Neo." He said.

She smiled at him in response. The music then changes and Y/N gestured for her as a sign of offering a dance with him. She accepted it and the two of them began to dance. Emerald and Mercury arrived later, but Cinder is strangely not with them. The two of them decided to dance with each other to blend in with the crowd.

"Do you think she'll be able to get it without being caught?" Mercury asked.

"Of course she will, all of the students are here and there are less security outside. I'm sure she'll be back sooner than expected." Emerald replied.

"You're right, how about have a dance with your crush right now?" Mercury said.

"What crush? I don't have any." She said.

"Don't lie, I know you have something for that guy." He smirked.

"Fine, and what if I do?" She said.

"I don't know, Cinder might not like it though." He said.

"I'll just find a way." She said.

After Y/N had finished dancing with Neo, it was Ruby's turn to dance with him. The two of them enjoyed their time together, every three or four minutes, he would dance with a different girl. So far, he had finished dancing with Neo, Ruby, Weiss and Yang. The four of them seem to have enjoyed their short moment with him so it wasn't a problem.

"Hey Y/N!" Aster's voice called for him.

"What's up?" He asked as he approaches him along with a girl beside him.

"Monika!" Nixium suddenly hugged the brown haired girl from behind.

"You're going to ruin my dress, Nixium." She said to her.

"So she's the Monika you're talking about huh." Y/N said.

"Yep! She's my girlfriend, the most beautiful girl in the universe!" He said proudly.

"Aww, that's cute." Monika stated.

"I think you still have a few more girls you owe a dance with, Y/N." Nixium said with a smirk.

"Crap, well I'm gonna be tired before our performance even started." He said.

"What are you guys gonna perform?" Monika asked.

"You'll find it out soon, Moni." Aster said.

"Please don't call me by my nickname in public." Monika said.

"Anyway, we'll leave you guys for now. We're still gonna dance our moment!" Aster and Monika then soon walked away.

"Hey, how about you dance with Emerald?" Nixium asked.

"I think she is busy right now. I'll go take a break for now." He said.

"Suit yourself, wait, where are my donuts?!" She soon disappeared in the crowd.

Y/N sat on one of the chairs while holding a cup of juice. He takes a sip then sighed, Pyrrha then saw him and decided to sit next to him.

"Enjoying the night?" She started.

"So far, yes. How about you?" He asked.

"I do, you seem almost pretty tired after dancing with us." She said.

"Well only a bit, but I do hope I still have energy for later." He said.

"You and your team had joined the contest?"

"Yep, look forward to it by the way." He said.

"We'll be cheering for you." Pyrrha smiled at him.

"Thanks, I must go now. I still a few more that I owe a dance." He stands up and drinks the contents of his cup before putting it in the trash.

He danced with the girls and after about an hour, the contest has started. All of the students had gathered and stood in front of the stage with Oobleck on in.

"Good evening everyone. Students from Beacon, Shade, Atlas and Haven, I would like to thank you for coming to this wonderful night. Tonight, we are holding performance contest so those who participated, we look forward to your amazing performances!!" He announced.

All of them cheered, after about two minutes. The event has started, it was one of the teams of Shade academy who first started to perform. Y/N and his team had already gathered while they were performing in front.

"So are the materials already in the back stage?" He asked the two.

"Uhh..... I think it's still in our dorm..." Aster said.

"Why didn't you guys brought it with you when you got here? Dammit, our dorm is still at the 23rd floor." Y/N sighed.

"It's fine, we'll still make it in time." Nixium stated.

"I think it's better if you guys had already started dashing to your dorm while you still have time." Monika said.

"Yeah, good idea. Come on now!" Y/N grabs his cousin's wrist and began dragging her out of the ball room and into the halls.

"Oi! Should I be the one dragging you and not me being dragged?! Also, you're ruining my dress!!" The white haired cat faunus yelled.

"No time to argue about that!" He said.

The two of them stand in front of the elevator, Y/N lets go of her wrist and rapidly pressed the button of the elevator. The door opens and the two of them got inside, he pressed a button and a second later the door closes and began to lift up. With no sound occurring inside, the atmosphere became awkward. The only sound that was heard was Y/N clearing his throat making it more awkward. Finally, the door opens and the two of them immediately got out and sighed in relief.

"(Well that was awkward...)" The both of them thought.

After that, they dashed their way to their dorm to get the things that they need for their performance. Once they got there, Y/N quickly grab the door knob and flung the door open to see a black figure with their back turned to them. The figures head is circle with two other large black circles above it which are their ears. The figure seems to be holding something.

"Aha! I finally have it!" Mickey Mouse stated as he looks at the small blue orb he is holding.

"What the- ugly mouse?! How did you get here?! And give us that orb!" Nixium yelled.

"Aha! Like I would! Now this thing is finally mine! If you want it back then better catch me!!" Mickey then run out of their dorm and went somewhere around the school.

"Y/N! You go and bring the other stuff to the ball room. I'll get that one thing back. If I wasn't able to be there when it started, then I'll make sure I'll get there while you guys are still performing!!" Nixium said.

"You don't have to though, we can always just not perform that one." Y/N said grabbing all the stuff.

"No, what we had practiced must be seen by our audiences. Plus, it is a cat's job to chase and catch the pesky mouse!" She said and then runs off.

"Okay...... You know, this reminds me of Tom and Jerry. Wait..... Did I just break the fourth wall? Whatever, it's already broken anyway." He then stepped out of the dorm and closed the door using his foot and began to rush back to the ball room.
