Jayfrost lunged at the unsuspecting warrior, his claws outstretched and his eyes glinting with malice. He caught the tom's pelt with a sickening thud, bringing the cat crashing to the ground. The broad shouldered Tigerleap screeched in agony and began to swipe at Jayfrost's muzzle. Clawblaze burst out of the shadows and fought alongside Jayfrost, his hatred searing as his claws flew into the warrior's pelt. The Dark Forest seemed to shake as more warriors came crashing through the trees to see what was going on. The Dark Forest soon began to thunder and lightning roared through the trees. "It cannot thunder here! We are under the spell of darkness!" Lionclaw yowled with terror. "I am too strong for this world," Jayfrost yowled with triumph. "I will soon return to the clans!" "Will you take anyone with you?" Clawblaze growled. "Not as you are now, my friend. I must first take your strength, Tigerleap, you had the power of a leader inside of you, but as you were about to drink from the Moonpool, you were killed. I have taken the strength of every leader here, you are the only left," Jayfrost snarled at Tigerleap, who was now crouched in front of a rock, his eyes sparkling with fear. Then, Jayfrost's claws began to flame. "It is time," Jayfrost yowled to the roaring sky. "Can you hear me, StarClan? I am too powerful for the banishment of the Dark Forest! Your precious clans will fall at my feet, after I take away Tigerleap's strength!" Then, Jayfrost raised a flaming paw and streaked it in Tigerleap, scarcely leaving so much as a scratch. Tigerleap fell to the ground with a yowl of pain, his tabby fur seeming to have some kind of smoke rise from him. Jayfrost yowled in a fiery triumph as a blue glow surrounded him, a ring of ice flew from his body, and then he was gone. At this precise moment, all thunder ceased as the legendary warrior was jolted back to the real world.
