I slid into the seat next to Alya and stared at Adrien, who was laughing at something Nino said. I didn't pay attention to anything the whole school day, I just thought of what exactly I should say to Chat. Should I just go straight out and say "Hey Chat, I like you" or should I just lean in for a kiss.

"Marinette, number 5" the math teacher said. I looked at my paper, at number five. O crap, I didn't do it.

"I, uh" I stumbled on before Alya elbowed me and pointed to number five on her paper, which she had answered. "5 and 3/4" I answered with a smile.

"Hey Mari, what's got you so distracted?" My red, ombre haired bestie asked me. I looked at her, looked at the blonde haired boy in front of me, smiled, the looked back at my bestie. She nodded understandably. It wasn't true, but I can't tell her I was thinking about Chat. Well actually I could, but since she doesn't know I'm Ladybug, she would think it's weird, so I found it best to not tell about all of my Chat thoughts.

"You brats you never listen!" The teacher yelled causing everyone to look at her for a moment in silence, before continuing to talk and ignore her. The teacher then stormed out of the room. I have a feeling an akuma is coming soon, which I kinda didn't mind because I get to see Chat sooner, but it also sucks because I have to confess my feelings to him sooner. I decided to just get this over with sooner and ran out the room to transform.

I ran into the bathroom and yelled "Tikki, spots on!" As I transformed into the loved hero, Ladybug. I ran out of the bathroom and peaked into the classroom, the teacher still wasn't there and Adrien was missing too. All the students were gathered around the window, staring at something with awe. I opened the door just slightly to see what they were staring at. There was a masked villian, our teacher. I ran out of the school and onto street, only to be greeted by a special black cat.

"Hey Chat, we need to talk" I said. I then quickly realized that right now is not a good time to talk, so added a shy smile.

"You have cat to be kitten me, right now?" Chat asked pointing towards the villian.

"You need to stop with the cat puns, like right meow" I said, giggling because of the cat pun I just made. Chat giggled too. "But yeah sorry, I meant like after our fight" I added with a shy smile.

I jumped off the roof, near the villian, Chat, right behind me.
We did our usual routine to defeat the villian, Chat made a lot of puns, and helped fight the villian, while I used my lucky charm to get the akumatized object and released the now white butterfly into the air, and then things... changed. I helped our teacher, the akuma victim, up, and fist bumped Chat. As we stood on the road and stared into his eyes, realizing what was about to happen. I was about to tell him my feelings for him, and after thinking about it all day, I might even tell him who I really am, under the mask.

Then, it all happened at once, I grabbed Chats hands as I yelled "I'm Marinette" at his face. He stared at me surprised, then stared to his side as his eyes got even wider. He then moved off the road and tried to pull me off the road too, but I didn't bulge. His face was filled with worry, and he was yelling something, but I didn't understand any of it. Then I saw a bright light, I heard screaming, then absolutely...nothing.
