Mystery girl p.o.v

I trudge up the steep hill with only my shining sword to guide me through the darkness. Not that the darkness bothered me. I just wanted to be able to see while something attacks me. If something wants to attack me.

As if on cue I heard a soft rustling noise. I turn around to face telkhine that looks like it wants to bite my face off. In less then a second I swing my sword and there is a pile of gold dust on the ground. I unconsciously pat my side to see if my dagger is still there, and instantly feel relieved when I feel the hilt.

I finish climbing the hill and yell out, "Tartarus!"

Silence

"Tartarus!"

Silence

" TARTARUS WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU?" I yell, then I snicker. Maybe now he would show up.

WHO DARES TO SAY THAT TO ME??? I heard in my mind. I roll my eyes. Your worst enemy, I think back sarcastically waiting for him to figure out who I was.

Aah, So it's you Samantha. I've been wondering when you would show up. So. What have you come to tell me? He thought to me. I shivered as he said that.

Why does he have to be so creepy? I thought.

Why do you have to be so disappointing!?!He yelled in my head.

Oops... I forgot for a second we were actually talking telepathically. I start apologizing

"Um, sorry... Anyways, I've come to give you the information you wanted about Percy Jackson."
