Characters of Aethereus (according to appearance)

Fays

Ø  Low level witches – can only perform little spells and magic tricks.

Ø  They absorb the soul using attachment and desire.

Ø  They have really pale skin with silvery tattoos around their eyes, on their palms and soles of their feet.

Ø  Finger and toenails are also the same silvery colour.

Ø  They all dress in the same clingy netted fabric, moulded to their bodies like a second skin.

Canidaes

Ø  Half-breeds – half Aethereuthan half animal.

Ø   No obvious powers except the enhancement of the five senses – seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting and feeling.

Ø  They are harmless to humans.

Auries

Ø  Elfin-like creatures that live in big flowers – the flowers resemble big water lillies.

Ø  They’re very small, no taller than half a meter.

Ø  They’re virtually hairless and gender neutral – they have bodies that could be seen as male but big round eyes like tennis balls, with long bejewelled eyelashes that could make them seem female at the same time.

Ø  Their skin colours were pale but ranged from pink to purple.

Mirus (plural Mirae)

Ø  Very curious magical creatures. They look human but have an antenna on their heads and no hair.

Ø  They don’t speak good English and dress in clothes that are similar to Egyptians on earth.

Ø  They don’t harm humans – rather they help them.

Beditsu

Ø  Lust-feeding demon.

Ø  Can take on deceitful appearances to get what they want.

Mermaid

Ø  Known to be very helpful creatures if you’re nice to them.

Ø  They can switch forms from human to mermaid depending on where they are.

Genie

Ø  Normally summoned when you can unlock its chamber.

Ø  It grants only one wish and if it can’t, it tells you why.

Elves

Ø  Not less than at least six feet tall.

Ø  Extremely skinny – like skin and bones.

Ø  Big orbs for eyes with sharp, pointy ears.

Ø  They are always dressed in dark clothing.

Fairies

Ø  Extremely colourful creatures.

Ø  They have big butterfly wings – each on unique sprouting from their backs.

Ø  Like the Auries, they also live in flowers but their flowers are varied and colourful.

Satyr

Ø  Half-goat half person.

Umbra

Ø  The Umbra evolve – they grow and develop the more they feed.

Ø  Umbra I – they use lust to feed on the soul (appears in Chapter Five).

Ø  Umbra II – they use greed to feed on the soul (appears in Chapter Nine).

Ø  Umbra III – they use fear to feed on the soul (the ones Ma and Beatrice summoned).
