Author's notes: Sorry, dear readers I haven't been able to write as of late due to work. The song of the day today is "Promise" from Silent Hill 2, "Promise" is a beautiful and simple piece that symbolizes the Protagonist James decent into Silent Hill in search of supposedly dead wife, Mary relying on the people he meets to keep him sane as he fights the monsters that inhabit the town, but slowly one by one each of them show signs of being horribly disturbed, one by one they leave you until you're on your own with the knowledge that you killed your wife fighting your own personal demons. The video and song belong their respective owners.

Rose was snapped out of her thoughts by a loud bang, her eyes locked onto the storeroom door, a loud sigh was heard behind the door, Rose alarmed by the sounds, unsheathed her sword, she took a second to gather the courage necessary to greet their unexpected guest

                        Ruby POV

"Damn it, where is it?!" Ruby yelled under her breath, frustrated as her search for the fever medicine proved fruitless "Damn it, damn it, damn it!" Ruby yelled once more under her breath "She can't die, she can't die, she can't die." Ruby's chest tightened and tears started forming at the corner of her eyes at the thought of Sapphire's demise, sorrow turned to anger as tears streamed down her face, her fist were clenched in anger feeling powerless agianst fate "She will die, she will die, she will die!" a voice screamed loudly within her, anger built up inside of Ruby as the voice mocked her "She will die, why are you crying, you .... care for her don't you?" at that exact moment Ruby finally exploded and punched a shelf that sat next to her causing it to topple over sending tons of boxes to the ground, only when Ruby's anger subsided did she see a small vial of red viscous liquid roll out from a small box that landed on the floor when the shelf toppled over, Ruby's eyes lit up as she realized what it was, it was the fever medicine she was desperately looking for, Ruby rushed over to it bringing it into her burning hot hands only when it started boiling did she realize the heat she was emitting, looking behind her she finally noticed the still flaming footprints she left behind, panic filled her tiny being as she looked down to see flames sprouting forth from the edge of her foot, strangely though the flames didn't burn, but they felt soothing, almost therapeutic as Ruby finally started to calm down, a large gem busted into the room screaming out "Who's there?!" Ruby was rooted to the spot in fear, in a split second the large gem's gaze was brought to the scared Ruby, slowly she began her advance, sword in hand in a attempt to capture the intruder.
