The song of the day today is "Hometown" from Silent Hill 3 and may I say how perfect it is in encapsulating the town's eerie often disturbing atmosphere and maybe even foreshadows the 4th game with the line "20 dead birds bleed upon the nest" this song is a perfect and strange song to play if you adore horror and the unknown.

                      Rose POV
"Why is she just standing there?" Rose growled as she sat perched on top of a building her normal gentle stare was replaced with a dark predatory one as she glared daggers into her prey, quietly venting her frustration before being cut off by her prey as she loudly demanded for someone or something to shut up, Rose jumped believing this was directed towards her, the couple of seconds were filled with panic as Rose scrambled behind cover, looking out from behind her cover to observe her prey, only to find them talking to themselves, Rose's expression dulled realizing her prey was insane "I was outsmarted by this bumbling lunatic..." Rose thought to herself, venomously cursing at herself for her poor performance before running off after her prey

                    Ten minutes later

Rose's patience was finally worn thin as she looked up at the morning sun, all the trouble this gem caused throughout the night was enough to keep Rose busy for hours, filling out reports, damage control and lastly a retelling of the night by a very incompetent guard, after hours of following this gem proved fruitless, Rose finally decided to confront the gem, jumping across the street to another rooftop quite gracefully despite Rose's large size, Rose than made her way to the street corner, making the long drop down to the sleep, planning her ambush as she laid in wait for her prey

                       Ruby POV
Legs ached, arms ached, heart ached, buy finally the camp came into sight, Ruby displayed another weary smile as she slowly trudged down the street, she found herself thinking back to what Sapphire said before she had gotten I'll "You don't need to bear the weight of the world Ruby, nor do you need to carry me." little did she realize that she made it easy to bear, in the end if it meant she could talk to Sapphire, she would bear the weight of the world with a smile.
