Author's Notes: Sorry for the long wait but I've been losing my drive to write this after seeing how much the reads really dropped off, I usually don't let something like this bother me but sadly it did. I've also been working on my other books seeing how none of my books are as well developed. The song of the day today is "Made in Heaven" by Queen, the song makes it clear this person is giving their all to the world trying to change it for the better while also accepting his fate no matter what it is seeing all misfortunes and stumbles on his journey to be made in heaven.

Rose found herself pulled out from that painful memory as Ruby yelled out to Sapphire, Sapphire's arm hung limply off the side of her makeshift bed, this sight alone was enough for Rose to jump "She couldn't be dead?" Rose thought her mind trying to comprehend what just happened, Rose pulled herself up off the ground as fast as she could, she was scared if this child died she didn't know what she would do"It's going to be okay!" Ruby said in a panicked voice trying to reassure herself, she repeated this until Sapphire yelled out "Ruby!" at this point Rose stood merely a couple of feet behind Ruby, She jumped when she heard Sapphire scream out "Ruby!" with her hoarse voice, a few words spoken before she lost consciousness none of which Rose heard over the beating of her heart, What followed surprised Rose, Ruby scooped Sapphire up into her arms and without hesitation accepted Rose's offer with all but two words "Let's go." Rose could help but cock a smile as they left the camp retracing their steps

                  After a few minutes

Rose's eyes trailed over to the gem who walked besides her as she took notice of her heavy panting, the lack of sleep plagued Ruby with pure willpower she pushed through her eyelids threatened to fall every now and then "Do you need me to carry her?" Rose offered, Ruby's eyes drifted down to Sapphire, a smile gracing her lips before looking back up at Rose "I'm sorry, but you couldn't pry her away from me!" Ruby said with a small chuckle as she clutched Sapphire closer to her chest, Rose let loose a chuckle of her own as they walked down the destroyed streets

              7 or 8 minutes later

The Hostipal finally came into view, the morning sun adorned it's face making it look heavenly to a gem, who mere days ago avoided it like the plague.
