Ruby

I was in training with the Ace Operatives with my teams when I spotted Penny walking down the hallway. I noticed how lifeless her eyes looked and how she wasn't her usual happy self.

"Penny?" I said as I got closer. She continued to walk like she couldn't hear me which sent alarm bells in my head. Something was wrong. Something was terribly wrong with her. So I followed her with the best of my ability (which isn't a lot) and tried to figure out where she was going. After several close calls, I noticed that she was walking down the alley way and as I peaked in...I felt my blood freeze. She was standing in front of a tall figure with some type of animal skull on its face. It also had antlers and was wearing purple robes while surrounded by something dark floating around it. What made everything worse was the fact that I could hear it softly and darkly whisper to my friend.

Come my child...you're new home awaits.

Penny nodded and slowly started to follow behind him which is something I couldn't allow. So I grabbed my beloved Crescent Rose and got ready to strike only to stop once this thing stopped me with some kind of weird energy.

You will not interfere which what the master's have chosen.

"Wait...Masters? What Masters?" I said. It stared at me for a moment before it continued to speak.

You will understand in the coming months as we tear this land apart piece by piece all in the name of those above all of you. Though you may be one of the lucky few who will join us in getting everything back that was taken from us.

"That will never happen. We'll stop you and once we do..." I said before I was flung onto one of the alley walls. As I felt myself losing consciousness, I watched Penny follow along which greatly concerns me in the coming days.

The new recruits have been doing their jobs wonderfully and are still in sound mind. Though that could change if we decide that they could service the other beings that follow behind us. Though I am interested in the powers held behind one of their eyes...to be specific, the silver eyed one. It seems like it has some unknown properties that we have never experienced before. Which brings me to the sight of that young girl who was one of the lucky few who survived the destruction of that academy. 

It has something to do with that terrible and cowardly actions of these so called huntsman. They claim to be saviors yet leave the less powerful mortals to their doom in order to save their own skin. Pathetic. They will suffer the same fate as the others and their children will be used to grow our own forces. Though some women will be saved to, but only those who could give us powerful children to use for these new lands above.

I was taken out of my thoughts when one of the shadow demons appeared with the android. I can tell that she is advanced, but she could be more than that. She could be a tool, a weapon to destroy and conquer those who waste their lives walking below without a care. At her current state, such a dream would be impossible, but with some nice adjustments...she could do what is requested. 

Hope you're ready to see the new and improved version of this android. Cause one she's done, your lives will be forfeit.

Winter

I burst into the medical center and saw Ruby talking to the general about what occurred some time ago. This is bad. They managed to get inside Atlas and steal one of our own members underneath our noses. How is something like this possible? I shook my head and wondered what they would plan to do next. 

"Sister, Are you okay?" Weiss said beside me. I looked at her and gave a soft smile. She was the only family member that I had left besides our "father" and I couldn't burden her with my problems.

"Yes. I was just surprised on what happened." I said.

"Who wouldn't be after learning that they took Ruby's friend." Weiss said. At that I sighed and thought about how she was feeling about all of this. As I hugged her, I thought about these moments that will possibly be ripped away by this new threat upon us. Hopefully, nothing would tear us apart, but...

I shouldn't get my hopes up since there is no telling what would happen in the future.
