SUMMARY: I mentioned this in my headcanon book The title has nothing to do with the actual story, but if I were to go ahead and make an AU with this, I'd name it Ghost Of You :)

3rd Person POV

"And that is the last of the boxes," Jay grinned as he set them down on the floor. He had recently married Nya Smith, and the two of them decided it was high time they moved out of Ed and Edna's caravan, and into a place of their own.

They'd looked over at several houses before but they were either too small or too expensive...or they just didn't trust the neighbourhood.

On his way home from work, Jay had spotted the 'For Sale' sign on the front yard of the 90s styled house. It was huge, yet cheap. Perfect for a family.

Nya smiled as she placed a hand on her growing abdomen, "This is perfect. We're living the dream."

Jay beamed and wrapped an arm around her shoulder, "Yes we are. I got promoted at work so we have a little more money in our budget, and I was thinking...bam! As soon as you walk through those doors, there it is: a statue of Fritz Donnegan!"

Nya giggled at her husband's sense of humour, "I was thinking more of a potted plant...or a bookshelf but...we'll keep the statue in mind."

Jay fist pumped the air and took her hand, pulling her into the empty living room, "This place is huge! The baby is going to love it here, I can tell."

The raven nodded, "There's enough space to learn how to walk...ooh! What about a housewarming party later-"

"Sorry to interrupt, but this is for you." The couple turned to see the mailman holding out an envelope. Jay took it, thanked him and closed the door before opening the envelope.

Nya grinned, "It's from Kai and Skylor." She opened the card and read the message, "Cheers to the happy couple, this is gonna be one adorably dorky family, love Kai and Sky."

Jay took the card and set it aside before smiling mischievously at his wife, "Well...we have an empty room right opposite us, and it's hardwood, and I think the socks are in one of those boxes. Wanna go ice skating minus the ice?"

"I thought you'd never ask!"
