However, if they are much older and in a different Guild, you may use the name. For example, King Orchid of the Amephysts was the first of their monarchs, but Frond's character, a present day Emeraldo, is allowed to also be called Orchid, because he's:
A) SEVERAL generations older than she is.
B) In a different Guild.
C) Is a completely different rank and position.
