So, here's some music to make this slightly less boring. Let me know what you think of my favorite orchestral arrangement in the comments below! (When you get there:)

I was just tagged by Kirby oracle: Blizzard-Star. Thanks for the entertaining questions that prompted me to do this.

And, to celebrate Blizzard's mark of five hundred followers:

"Here we go!"       |SubtleReferences| "Here We Go" was the name of the last world, World S, of Super Mario Galaxy 2. It was listed in the file select screen.

1. What was your first Nintendo game.

Wii Sports. The first video game I had actually played was this game, opened when I uncovered our family Wii during a long lost Christmas. From there, I launched into the world of Nintendo, being introduced to Super Mario Galaxy a year later through a friend.

Even so, my official status as a proud Nintendo supporter only appeared after having moved overseas and meeting the Nintendo community on Wattpad. Thanks to NintendoNatalie and a few others for sparking my interest in this magic world.

2. What is your favorite Nintendo franchise?

As an entire franchise, I would go back to the stories of my childhood and to the stars of super Mario Galaxy. When most grew with Disney films and various cartoons, I rarely watched television when I was younger. My entertainment came of the cul-de-sac outside, or with the Wii and Mario. Though my understanding of the stories that I saw was limited, I had always understood some profound majesty in the tragedy of Rosalina's Storybook and the lives of the Lumas.

I also usually stuck to the games I had, rarely having the opportunity or awareness to venture into another realm. Until very recently, I had never played Smash. Now, I absorb all the information of every Nintendo franchise I can get. I've watched Xenoblade, Pikmin 3, Sonic Generations and Lost World, Uprising (a game soon to arrive here), Skyward Sword, and Kirby: Right Back at Ya. (I've yet to get to Hoshii No Kaabi, but I intend to be following Blizzard's advice soon.)

3. What is your least favorite Nintendo game?

I've just been researching a critical listing of "really bad Nintendo games" so as to answer this question. I suddenly realize that I am quite fortunate to have never played any of the appalling or under-produced mistakes that have once come of the legendary production company.

I won't hate it, but I wasn't pleased with their new effort to recreate Mario Party. I'm quite new to the Wii U, as many of my friends will note. I've barely had a chance to go through all the great listings of games that this console has poured out, but I did make it a point to discover the new world in Mario Party 10. I had been a fan of Mario Party 9, despite its extremely weak, almost intentionally bad plot in the single mode. However, being a Mario game, I could easily choose to overlook this for the music, scenery, and engaging, active mini-games. (I still listen to level themes like Toad Road, listed below, and Bowser's Space Station.)

https://youtu.be/uWxxE130T1o

Mario Party 10 lacked what I could recognize as a single theme, causing me to both run back into my Wii and mourn the loss of the era of Wii graphics. Granted, the very quality of the Wii U astounded me; I hadn't seen such quality from a console before the Xbox, and I'm only beginning with the new era of the offerings of the Wii U. But, Mario Party 10 solely appeared to be a re-skin of the older versions of the series. The character roster was only updated to appeal to the changing fan-base of different characters, thus we lost characters like Boo, and not to their growing fan-base. I was quite pleased with the introduction of Rosalina, but I saw no purpose for Spike or Toadette. Why not return to the oldest casts? Better still, why not follow Sakurai with an expanded roster?

4. If you could choose one game to remake, which would you choose?

Wow. It seems I can no longer pride myself on knowledge of old games. I don't know which to choose. Maybe, I could go far back, to the beginning.

Donkey Kong, the arcade game. I would love to see the start again.

5. What is your favorite controller: NES, SNES, N64, Game Cube Wii remote, or Gamepad?

Having started my life of gaming with the Wii, I lack all the experience of the consoles before it. I was pleased with the Gamepad, despite its reputation outside of Nintendo's fanbase (to which I am constantly subjected), but because of its history with me, I'd have to choose the Wii Remote.

I learned all of my competitive games with a stick and a nunchuck. Changing from Mario Kart Wii, my favorite of the series, to Mario Kart 8, I didn't bother to attempt the Gamepad, even though I did find the tilt controls quite realistic (proof that I can't drive!) and engaging. When I now play Smash, even though the Smash for Wii U and 3DS was my first of the series, I learned with my Wii remote. Having learned to grab finally (and I should get into that next chapter), I like the closeness of the Wii remote and the nunchuck. (I have changed my grab controls slightly, using "c" to grab instead of the default jump. This is what hinders my brother from grabbing effectively, as he learned to jump with "c" and has to reach the plus-pad of the actual remote stick to grab. It allows for more movement and precision which the Gamepad does not offer me.)

6. Consoles or handhelds.

Now there's a question I can't instantly answer. Commence discussion with myself:

I rarely use my 3DS. I haven't in years. The major factor behind this is that I don't actually have a decent game on it. It used to belong to my older brother, now a pure "PC Master", whereas I am a proud "console peasant." He played only first person shooters.

Thanks to our local library and Blizzard (again!), I managed to obtain Kirby: Triple Deluxe. Despite it's problems (these are listed very comprehensively in Blizzard's Random Update Book), it was my entry into Kirby. Since then, I've begun to understand the appeal of the 3DS, and I only await the arrival of Kid Icarus: Uprising.

"So, we'll see what the days bring." |SubtleReferences|: it was a line I used earlier this year in my journal book.

7.What Nintendo franchise have you never played but want to! (With that awesome, inexplicable exclamation point!)

Well, there are quite a few franchises of which I know but have never touched. I've heard of the Mega Man series, I've seen a lot of Fire Emblem, I don't think I've ever played a pure Yoshi game, Metroid especially stands out, even Sonic can be listed here. I wouldn't even mind attempting the original Kid Icarus.

But, to cheat slightly here, I'd have to choose all of them. I'd love the knowledge of the references to each series. I try to assimilate all the knowledge I can of the Smash franchises, and what better to begin than the leap into the old worlds?

8. What game have you spent the most time playing?

As normal, I'm inclined to leap off the stars into that singularity and welcome the new Galaxy.

|SubtleReferences|: spoilers: the game Super Mario Galaxy concludes with Bower's failed creation of a kingdom at the center of the universe exploding in his face. This turns the star systems around into a massive black hole, prompting the Lumas to quickly COMMIT SUICIDE and jump into it to save the universe.

We're not so sure what happened to the Observatory here.... Baby, Master, Young.... Young, Baby, Master, jeez... the little guy has three names! Baby Luma takes Mario's cap in the "despair event horizon", (double meaning here) squeals at him while Luma's theme screams at you, and then jumps in with the others. More events occur, the new universe awakens, and eventually, they got Charles Martinet to exclaim, "Welcome, welcome, new Galaxy!" Commence zoom out panoramic of the new galaxies, (mostly Gusty Garden here), and roll credits!

Probably Galaxy now that I think of it. Seeing as I know it that well.

9. Which boss the most annoying to fight in any Nintendo game?

Oooh! Another impossibility! (Oooor I'm simply extremely indecisive.)

Major Burrows. He was the mole boss on level three of Gusty Garden Galaxy, "The Dirty Tricks of Major Burrows." Of course, I played it when I was much younger, and then, this boss stood out to me as one of the hardest in the game, even dwarfing fights with Bowser. (Now, I play Bouldergeist for fun; Major Burrows has gotten a lot easier since then.)

10. What game squeal would you like on the NX?

Super Mario Galaxy.

I could give a detailed opinion of this, but all I will say here is that I understand why Nintendo has yet to create the next in the series, I'm not certain if they intend to, but if they do, they would do well to remember what once was.

Okay! Fertig! Finis! Completed!

Thanks to Blizzard-Star again!

And now for tags: I hold none to any obligation to complete this if their names are listed here. I personally understand the work that is implied in such a task. These are only the names of good friends who I feel the need to recognize.

Tactical Silver: Sass-Silver  Of course you're on this list.

Celestial Fantasy:  StarCrafter Star is very enjoyable to converse with and understands more of the Nintendo world than do I. No game could escape one of Star's excellent reviews. Also a good artist.

Blizzard of the Stars, and a Kirby Oracle:  Blizzard-Star Blizzard is one of the most mature writers I know, with engaging, well developed plots to every story.

A warrior of the fandom: NintendoJedi  And a mature, excellent writer who I was fortunate to meet a few months ago.

A very kind friend: DJSonicX The first to teach me to role-play. His characters are simply cute.

UtaoTsuba7: SingWing7  (I finally notice the appearance of both seven's.) A fascinating, beautiful teen. After all those fun conversations, I'm beginning to understand your song. :)

Blaze the Cat: BlazeTheJedi I suppose we're both cats then. :) Like NintendoJedi, Blaze is a warrior of a fandom, but Blaze has many to call home, with many stories to reflect that knowledge.

The famous Nat. NintendoNatalie I'll keep this one short. YOU'RE AWESOME!

Well, there's the list of some of my friends in the world of Nintendo.

A few questions:

1. To be or not to be?

2.Let us hope you choose to be. To be what?

3.You wish to be this. How would you become your dream?

4.You would fight for it. How can you be strong enough?

5.Do you choose now to believe?

"May the stars shine down on you."
