They both walked up to the farmhouse door and knocked. A tall and gorgeous man opened the door with a bright smile and led them in. His hair was a light blonde, almost white in certain lighting, and he wore a light blue shirt and white shorts, emphasizing his very tan skin. To Margo, he was beautiful, not her type, but he was a gorgeous being nonetheless. He had light blue eyes, the lightest she had ever saw. Although she preferred Logan's dark blue eyes, she couldn't help but to be in awe of Jonni's.

"Welcome! Hello Margo, I've been told a lot about you by Kira. I'm so happy I get to finally meet you!" He smiled widely, showing his perfect, white teeth. For some reason, Margo knew she could trust him.

Margo faintly smiled. "Uh, it's nice to meet you, Jonni. And oh gosh, Kira has talked to you about me?" Margo blushed as she quickly glance over at Kira. Kira smiled and gave Jonni a quick hug.

"I assure you it is nothing but good things." Jonni gave another warm smile. "Kira has told me what happened with Logan, and I want to help in anyway I can."

Kira smiled and looked over at him. "Jonni, you are the best, you know that?" He winked at her comment.

"Of course!" he laughed, and Margo couldn't help but to notice how his dimples seemed to appear as he did so.

He then led them into a spare bedroom with two twin beds. "You ladies can spend the night in here." Kira gave him a hug again and thanked him for his generosity. He left and Kira began taking things out of her bag.

Margo set her book down on the bed. "Kira, I didn't pack to stay over night, and my parents are going to be wondering where I'm at, and I'm just so scared. What if Logan finds me?" Kira walked over to Margo and gave her a hug. "I just want my life to go back to normal. I'm done with everything."

She felt the same feeling she had when she almost committed suicide. The same overwhelming sadness and darkness began to cloud her thoughts.

Kira squeezed her tighter. "Don't say that! He isn't going to find you, and if he does...we got your back don't worry. I have extra clothes with me, so you can borrow mine."

Margo couldn't believe how wonderful Kira was being towards her. She realized that Kira, only really knowing her for a few days, had became a dear friend to her. Margo felt she could trust her with anything, and gaining Margo's trust was always difficult for many people.

Kira released her embrace with Margo and handed her a t-shirt and shorts. The shorts had little angel wings on the butt causing Margo to giggle. "I love these shorts, Kira." She showed Kira the angel wings, and Kira laughed.

"Those are my favorite for that reason because it's the closest I've seen anything get to angel wings...and it's still not even close." She laughed again and quickly changed her top. Margo noticed the marking on her back from the angel wings, the same scars that Logan had were present on her back. The only thing different was Kira's scars were white and not a dark color.

Margo felt she shouldn't ask but decided to anyway because she knew Kira wouldn't mind. "Kira, how come you have white scars on your back and Logan has black? " Kira turned around, and she pulled the shirt down.

"What do you mean? Everyone has white scars when they fall? They only get black scars if they have been kicked out of heaven." Her eyes got wide, and she gave Margo another questioning look.

"So...Logan didn't fall? He was kicked out? Why would he get kicked out of heaven?"

Kira blushed softly, obviously embarrassed that she had no clue of Logan being kicked out of heaven. "He either had intentions to follow the devil, he did something terrible, or he wanted to kill the person he was guarding." There was an awkward silence in the room for a couple minutes before Kira spoke again. "But I have heard of angels getting kicked out because they were set up by another angel. Unfortunately, that hardly ever happens."

Margo sat on the bed and stared at her feet dangling on the side. " So...he could've been wanting to kill me this whole time?!"

She wanted to cry, but her eyes were still dry from crying so much before, and she already had a horrible headache. She just kept gasping for air while hyperventilating. She began to shake anxiously and couldn't control it. "Does he even love me? Or was that all a scheme from the beginning?"

Margo looked over at Kira who had sat down on the chair next to the chestnut dresser. Kira bit her lip in a nervous way, which scared Margo more as Kira was supposed to be the calm one. "I...I honestly don't know. I'm sure the devil did something to his scar color. I wish I could tell you. I'm sorry, Mar." Margo could sense the sincerity and concern within Kira's voice.

Then, Margo heard her phone go off, indicating a text message. Margo grabbed her phone from her purse and looked at her texts and noticed Logan messaged her. It read,

"Margo...you can hide but I will find you."

A shiver ran down her spine, and she tossed her phone on the bed in horror. She decided that she should talk to Jonni about all of this as she trusted him. Afterall, he was letting her crash there and hide from Logan.

She got up and walked down the hall towards the kitchen where Jonni appeared to be making some sort of home-made soup. "Hey Jonni...thank you again for being so kind as to letting me stay here."

Jonni looked up from the stove and towards her. His bright blue eyes glistened and a smile came across his face.

"Of course! Anything for a friend. Which by the way may I tell you, you have the most beautiful eyes...they shine so bright. I can tell you are a very kind and wonderful spirit."

Margo's cheeks flushed red. "Thank you so much." She then bit her lip nervously before saying, "Do you think we can get Logan back to how he was before?"

Jonni stopped stirring the soup. He looked over to her. "I think if we all come together and have faith, yes it is possible. The thing is if he goes near you at all...I don't know what we would do to save you. That's why no matter what, you stay away from him until he is back to the way he was before. He would be so heartbroken to know if he did that to you. He really loves you according to Kira, and Kira doesn't lie." He gave Margo a wink at the last remark and went back to stirring.

Margo walked towards the window in the living room and looked out, longingly. Internally, she proclaimed, "Logan, you bombard my heart with feelings I never knew possible. All my life I knew of them, but now, I feel them. I couldn't bare to lose you. Please, don't leave me. I love you..."

She began wiping the tears that sprung from her eyes. She had to stay strong though. Everything would be better soon, and the Logan she loved will be back. Soon.
