Monsters and wizards came from left and right, attacking with all of their might. I stood in a triangle with Ron and Neville, each of us casting spells like our lives depended on it. Of course, it did, but that was beside the point. I fired a bombardo spell at a demonic like creature and then an expelliarmus spell at a wizard. A blurry figure caught my eye as it soared above us. I fired a reducto spell it's way and it blew up into a mist of golden dust.

"These monsters are bloody hard to get rid of, eh mate? I mean, killing them's easy, but they just keep coming." Ron yelled at me. I nodded, trying to find Hermione and Ginny through all of the utter chaos. I finally found them with Katniss fighting a hoard of Mutts. As the battle went on it got harder and harder to fight, while the enemy side seemed to become stronger by the passing minute. The more spells I fired the weaker and more tired I felt, and I knew we wouldn't be able to keep this up as long as we needed to. I called for Ron and Neville to follow me, and slowly but surely we made our way over to where Ginny, Hermione and Katniss fought.

"We need to figure out how to defeat these villains, or else we're all going to die." I exclaimed to Ginny as I shot an expeliarmus spell at a nearby witch. She rolled her eyes at me.

"Aren't those always the stakes Harry? Battle a villain, almost die, but then don't die." She replied dryly. I rolled my eyes. She was right though. This was no different than the other battles we've fought. It was only bigger, but the larger they are the harder they fall, right? I signaled for the group to move with me toward where The elvish-looking boy and an actual elf fought.

"Hey, join the party! Now we have The Keefester, Leo McSchizzle, and Circular Glasses Dude!" The actual elf boy exclaimed as we approached. I along with Hermione, Ginny and Katniss rolled our eyes while Neville and Ron laughed with the other two. All over the battle field cries of victory and defeat rung. The voices were almost enough to defeat me, many of them unfamiliar, but enough recognizable.

Our group slowly shifted over toward where Percy fought with two other demigods and Sophie. The girls immediately began to brainstorm about escape plans or advantages while Percy, Ron, Neville, Keefe, Leo, a blonde demigod and I covered them. We made a great team, what with magic, water, fire, lightning and goblin throwing stars.

"Okay, I have a plan." The blonde demigod girl exclaimed. As she explained the plan her grey eyes seemed to sparkle. The plan was risky, but doable. We split off again, quickly gathering everyone needed. I was to gather every wizard I could find, from anywhere, and bring them back here.

I raced around the battle field with Hermione and Ron, gathering everyone from the building we'd started in. We then ran back, meeting up with Ginny and Neville. Percy and his friend Jason came back with the specific Demigods they needed, telling the others to retreat back to the building and protect those who were injured or unable to fight. Katniss had gone with Peeta to help at the "base". Sophie and Keefe brought in their friends too. We were ready.

All of the wizards began casting protection spells around the large group of people.

"Protego totalum, protego maxima, fianto duri, repello inimicum. Protego totalum, protego maxima, fianto duri, repello inimicum." We repeated. Slowly but surely the bubble began to form. Percy, Sophie, Leo, and a few others took out all of the monster that got in before the shield closed us in. The only things left were these flying monsters above.

I shot a reducto spell at one of the three, blowing it into smithereens. Hermione and Ginny followed my lead, taking out the last few. All we had to do now was keep them at bay while Dex Dizznee and Leo Valdez finishes their contraption.

"A power absorber and amplifier." Annabeth explained to us. "Basically one person from each essential element will touch the device. Then it will absorb the element from them, no, it won't steal it Percy. It will gain the power you posses. Anyways, then it will amplify them all and strike the vicinity. That's why we need every Wizard to hold the shield, so that we aren't effected by the elemental pulse. That will destroy all monster and definitely kill all evil wizards, elves, and whatever else there is."

"Wait, kill?" Sophie asked as if she'd never heard the word before. The other elves looked just as nervous and/or skeptical.

"That's kind of what you do to the bad guy, ain't it?" Ron asked. "I mean, what the else would you do with the bloody villain!?"

"Don't you guys have like a place to lock them up?" Keefe asked. I laughed, along with a few wizards and demigods.

"Ya, it's called local prison mate. But magical beings break out on occasion, so you know how that goes." Ron said, having to stop in the middle of his comment to snort out a laugh.
Keefe chuckled along, but Sophie rolled her
eyes.

"Isn't there something else we can do? I guess I'm semi-okay with killing the monsters, but actual elves and wizards? Ones that are just like you and me!? Brant is only evil because societies judgement drove him crazy! Fintan desires fire, that's it!

If the Lost Cities decides that Telepaths were dangerous and that Pyrokenetics were rare and important then maybe, I don't know, Fintan would be a councillor and Emery would be in Exillium! I'm not saying that they're good people, but maybe they don't deserve to die." Sophie exclaimed. The elves stared at her, slowly nodding their heads.

"How do we spare the Wizards and the Elves, but not the monsters? We can take them out ourselves" I asked Annabeth. She thought for a split second, tapping her finger to her nose, then her eyes lit up again.

"I've got it! Okay, I need Marella, Nico, Linh, Fitz, Frank, and Piper to go and lead as many non-monsters as far away as you can. Once you're past the back of the building I'll need Fitz to telepathically transmit an all clear to Sophie. Then we'll fire off the contraption." She instructed. They all nodded, running off.

"They're ready Annabeth. They evacuated the building too." Sophie told her. She nodded, and put her hand out expectantly. Dex handed it to her, but didn't let go.

"If this goes wrong, then there's a 'magic word' to stop everything. I'm the only one who knows it, nobody else. I will stop it if anything at all begins to backfire, okay? If one person even close to anyone's race dies, then I'm going to stop it, because that sort of stuff happening could start a chain reaction of Elven minds shattering. Got it?" He tells her. His eyes were ice cold when he looked at her, as if he expected something to happen, or for her to dismiss him, but she nodded to him.

"Understood" Is all she said. Then she turned to the rest of us. "Leo, you're first."

"Yes Ma'm" He replied with a grin. He touched his hand against the picture of a flame. Percy was next, representing water, followed by Hazel who represented earth and Jason who represented the sky. Then Tam and Wylie, representing light and dark. Sophie represented the mind while Keefe represented the Heart. Finally I rested my hand over the depicted wand. I represented magic. When my hand touched the Octagonal Prism it began to rise and glow. It lifted all eight of us off of the ground and into the sky. Out of the magical shield and into the open.

A black sphere began to form around us, killing the flying monsters around us and then reaching the monsters bellow. It was already touching the shield, making me more and more nervous. Hermione, Ron and the others seemed to be holding up, but were definitely struggling. The Black Bubble of Death had reached the building now, destroying everything around. We were to let go of the machine when the bubble reached the very end of the building, no earlier, and definitely not too late. 3, 2, 1,

We all dropped it, and began to fall. Farther and farther until,

Whoosh!

We were with everyone else, out behind the building. In front of us all stood Vespera, Death Eaters, and evil beings alike.

"CHARGE!"

Spells, elements, and arrows flew while swords, and daggers clashes. Within minutes we had everyone incapacitated. The elves would be taking their villains to Exillium, while us Wizards would be bringing the Death Eaters to Azkaban and upping the security ASAP.

"You know, that actually was pretty fun. Aside from the almost dying and constant fear of loved ones dying, I might do this again sometime." Percy told me. We laughed, and Percy combed back his jet black hair with his hands. "Do you think that we'll ever see each other again dude? Cause like, if not then that's gonna suck. I mean, think of the pranks that we could pull, and the monsters we could slay together." He said.

"Didn't we kill the monsters?" I asked him.

"Nah, they'll be back pretty soon. The life of a demigod never ends." He exclaimed. I nodded.

"Well, if ya ever need a monster slaying parter then you know where to find me." I said. He nodded with a grin and then went to talk to his girlfriend. The rest of that day was fun. We celebrated and relayed our stories from the past few months. Everything could be quiet again. Maybe even stay quiet, just for a little bit. Nah. Odd and exciting keeps the world turning round.

I'm early! And I'm All DONE! Oh my goodness, that was the longest chapter I've ever written and I did it within the time span of 2 hours! All those times I said that I'm trying were really the days that I'd write like a sentence, let's be honest. I'm so thankful for the people that have been here for the whole year it took me to write 13 chapters! I'm so grateful, y'all have no idea!

Also, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!🥳 What a year it's been, eh? New and amazing books from Riordan and Messenger, and now we get to wait another year for more sequels, yay 😂😅😉.
