Itsuki (POV)
Lee jumps off the statue and goes after Gaara. He's moving so fast that I can hardly keep up with his movements.
Itsuki *mind*- Sharingan.
I Activate my Sharingan so that I keep up. Gaara has a look of shock as Lee keeps moving and striking faster than the sand can protect him. Lee does a 630 in the air and connects a heel kick to Gaara's noggin.
Kankurō- Impossible. Gaara's been hurt.
Gaara has a nasty gash on his face as Lee falls back. Lee goes back in again and manages to get behind Gaara and decks him in the face with a right hook causing Gaara to fall and tumble a bit. Gaara slowly gets up.
Kankurō- Uh oh.
Gaara looks completely different now.

Itsuki- The fuck? What type of fucked shit is that? His face is falling off.
Kankurō- I haven't seen that look on his face in a long time. Just imagine what he'll do if you fight him Itsuki.
Sand starts pouring back on his face.
Itsuki- So did none of Lee's strikes actually hit?
Kankurō- No. It's like he's wearing a suit of armor. Ordinarily, those shifting clouds of sand are enough to shield him. But in the event the shield is penetrated, Gaara can also wear the sand like armor as a last line of defense.
Gaara- Well is that all?
Lee unwraps his hand wraps and speeds in a circle around Gaara. He eventually comes in with a superkick that forces Gaara up. Lee leaps up after him and continues to kick him upward. The wraps wrap around Gaara and Lee grabs him from behind and starts to spin them both as gravity overtakes them.
Lee- Take this. Primary Lotus!
They come down like a spiraling tornado that causes a crater in the ground upon impact. When the smoke clears, Lee is unscathed but Gaara is just laying there with his sand armor all cracked.
Itsuki- Did he just beat him?
Kankurō- No. I don't believe it!
The armor cracks open to reveal an empty shell.
Lee- What?!
The real Gaara appears behind Lee in a plume of sand.
Kankurō- So it's happened. Just as I thought. I didn't want it to be true when you got in his face but there's no doubt about it now. The demon inside him has been awakened.
Lee gets blasted by Gaara's sand and falls down. Lee can't even get up and he gets hit by a literal wave of sand that takes him and deposits against the statue. Lee keeps getting bombarded with Shot after shot by the sand.
Kankurō- The kid's helpless. He's got nothing left. Gaara is just toying with him now.
Lee finally is able to roll around to dodge the sand blasts but only barely. Gaara uses another hand symbol and another sand blast with higher pressure hits Lee and he screams out in pain. He gets back up and runs around avoiding the blasts as best as he can.
Kankurō- He should give up while he still can. It was just bad luck he got Gaara as his opponent. I pity the kid. Gaara will just toy with him til he begs for mercy.
Lee somehow dodges the next blast with the same speed he had before and he keeps doing it. Lee stops and a rising aura of blue chakra surrounds Lee as he powers up some technique that I haven't seen before.

Kankurō- What does this mean? What's happening?
He continues to power until he takes off like a rocket breaking the sound barrier and nailing Gaara in the jaw with a right thrust kick. The impact causes an explosion of wind and debris.
Itsuki- Damn he's faster than ever. Wait where are they?
Everyone looks up to see Gaara in the air. He tries to get his sand armor up Lee won't even let him breathe.

Lee goes for another punch that sends Gaara to the ground but he grabs is robes and yanks him back only to be hit with a combined fist and kick attack that sends Gaara down and causes another massive explosion.
Kankurō- Gaara!
The smoke clears as Lee rolls out of it seemingly back to normal. Gaara on the other hand has sand on his back and around him meaning that his sand took the brunt of the impact. Gaara weakly raises his right hand at Lee and a sand hand. It grabs onto his left arm and left foot and Gaara clenches his hand and the sand crushes Lee's hand and foot. More sand comes for Lee.
Gaara- Now you die!
Itsuki- Fuck this mess.
I electroport down to the floor. Lee's sensei, Guy gets down there next to me.
Itsuki- Storm Style: Fist Missile Technique.
My right arm gets coated in my Storm chakra and I punch the sand. A blast goes off that disperses the sand and basics cancels each other out.
Itsuki- Will you quit your fucking bullshit already?!
Gaara- But why? He failed. Why save him?
Itsuki- Because he's my friend.
Guy- And because he's my student. And also because he is precious to me.
That line takes me back to Haku.
Gaara- Whatever. I quit. Itsuki Uchiha, I can't wait to kill you.
Itsuki- Well I'll say this, I'm gonna bring a hundred times more cans of whoopass than Lee did because you're gonna be in for the fight of your life and if I do die, I ain't going down easily bitch.
