                                                                         Book: You Belong To Me

                                                                              Author: Bosedisha

                                                                               Reviewer: Praahi

About the story:

You Belong to me is a story about six friends and foes who come together in a college and fall for each other irrespective of their pasts and pains. The cast is taken from various television shows. (Aditya Sinha and Mitali Guptha, Tapasya Dhanrajgir and Ruhaan shergill, Sahil Maheshwari and Shayantani Basu, Ananya Mathur and Daksh Mehra)

Review:

- The cover is the first thing that attracts the reader. Though it has got all the six people on it, I feel it could be made more attractive and pretty with a simple theme of love and friendship. (If you want, you could request one in our Gloss Creations)

- The title makes sense once we start reading the story as the four couples promise each other that they belong to each other.

* It's ongoing story with 55 parts published and I have read around 30 chapters and so far the story was going in a pretty good pace.

- To start with the character introduction is pretty good which made easier to identify and get connected as the story progressed. When there are too many leads, a very good character description is important to avoid any confusion and must appreciate the author for that.

- Nice prologue which gives out just as much as needed that the story is about love and different perspectives on love from the six leads.

- Coming to the plot, though it seemed to be a routine college love story, the narration is very catchy and the way the author created the suspense around the characters made it interesting and worth reading.

* Like I saw no two stories are same and this love story is different and cute in its way. As I was reading I felt well connected to the story as there were instances and dialogues which we see and hear in our day to day life.

- I strongly believe that language is the one which connects the reader and writer better. We always feel comfortable to write and imagine in our native language but not everyone can understand that. So, my suggestion is to translate the dialogues in English as well so that the story reaches wider range of audience.

- The author was successful in maintaining the right tense, also there were not many grammatical errors as of the content written in English. Few typos and punctuation mistakes could be avoided with a bit of proof-reading.

* All the while I was reading the story, I was reminiscing my college days. Every bit of it was so natural. I thoroughly liked the way the story is progressing and as it included four love stories, the book is going to be a long one.

Best Things:

- Narration and plot.

- Dialogue construction though they were in Hindi.

- Character Description.

Need to Improve:

- Cover.

- Translation.

Overall I would recommend this story to everyone who loves reading love story and also fan-fiction of respective couples.

Note: Hope my words didn't offend you. My only aim is that this review should be helping you to write better than what you are already doing. All the best dear and keep continuing your journey.

Thank you,

Praahi
