(Y/N), Harry, Ron and Hermione walk along the courtyard, they them see a hooded man sharpening his over-sized axe. The man looks up at them and gives a sinister smile as they walk past. "I can't believe they're going to kill Buckbeak. It's just too horrible." Hermione said as the four walk along the bridge and out towards the grounds and see Malfoy, Crabbe, Goyle and another Slytherin as they look out towards Hagrid's Hut. "It just got worse." Ron said. "What did I say? Father said I can keep the hippogriff's head. I'll donate it to the Gryffindors' room. This is going to be rich." Draco said as the four walk over. "Look who's here." Crabbe said, pointing. "Come to see the show?" Draco asked. "You! You foul, loathsome, evil little cockroach!" Hermione growled as she takes out her wand and aims it at his neck, he whimpers and leans against the stone walls. "Hermione, no! He's not worth it." Ron said, trying to stop her. Hermione hesitates, then lowers her wand and starts to turn around when Draco and his goons laugh. She then turns around and punches him in the face. Draco stumbles back a bit and his friends run over to him and help him up. "Malfoy? Are you okay?" One of his friends asked him and the Slytherins run off. "That felt good." Hermione said. "Not good. Brilliant." Ron said. The four walk towards Hagrid's Hut where they see Buckbeak chained to post in the pumpkin patch in front of Hagrid's Hut. "Look at him. Loves the smell of the trees when the wind blows through them." Hagrid said as he and (Y/N) look out the window while Harry, Ron and Hermione sit around the table. "Why don't we just set him free?" (Y/N) asked.

"They'd know it was me, and then Dumbledore would get into trouble. He's coming down, Dumbledore. Says he wants to be with me when they... When it happens. Great man, Dumbledore. A great man." Hagrid said as he turns around and starts to make tea. "We'll stay with you too." Hermione said, and (Y/N) nods. Hagrid turns to them. "You'll do no such thing! Think I want you seeing something like that? No. You just drink your tea and be off. Oh. Before you do, Ron..." He turns around and walks to a pot and pulls out a familiar rat. "Scabbers! You're alive!" Ron said, happily, as he takes Scabbers back. "Keep a closer eye on your pet." Hagrid warns. Ron nods. "Right." Then he turns to Hermione. "Next time I see Crookshanks, I'll let him know." He said sarcastically. "I meant me!" 

Hermione shouted when suddenly the pot Scabbers was in breaks. "Blimey. What was that?" Hagrid asked as (Y/N) walks over to the pot and pulls out a green stone. Then another stone hits Harry in the back of the head. "Ow!" Harry shouts and (Y/N) could have sworn that she heard another soft "ow!" That also sounded like Harry. They turn to face the window. "Hagrid!" Harry said and Hagrid walks to the window and Fudge, Dumbledore and the executioner are walking towards the hut. "Oh, crikey. It's late. It's nearly dark. You shouldn't be here. Someone sees you outside this time of night, you'll be in trouble. Particularly you two, Harry and (Y/N)." Hagrid shouts and then there was a loud knock. "With you in a moment!" He then turns to the four. "Quick. Quick!" (Y/N), Ron and Hermione start to walk towards the back door, Harry starts to follow the three but stops and turns to Hagrid. "Hagrid. It'll be fine. It'll be okay." He reassured and Hagrid nods and ushers him out. "Go on, go on!" And Harry follows them out the back door and Hermione opens it and the four look out towards the front where the three men talk and the front door to Hagrid's Hut opens and the three walk in.

The four walk to the pumpkin patch and hide behind the pumpkins. Suddenly (Y/N) hears something crack behind her, so she turns around to look at the forest. "What?" Harry asked. "I thought I just saw.....nevermind." (Y/N) said and she turns back around. "Let's go." Ron said and the four walk out of the patch amd up the hill. At the top, they see Fudge, Dumbledore, Hagrid and the Executioner outside and the executioner walk towards the patch, raises his axe and swings it down as you see the crows fly away. "Oh no." Harry mutters and (Y/N) leans on Ron's shoulder and begins to cry. Ron hugs her and Harry puts his arm around her, as Hermione runs her back comfortingly. "Ow!" Ron said and Scabbers runs away. "He bit me! Scabbers!" Ron shouts and he chases after Scabbers. "Ron?" (Y/N) asked. "Ron!" (Y/N) shouted. "Ron!" Harry shouts the three run after Ron who was chasing Scabbers. "Wait!" Harry shouted and Ron runs in front of the Whomping Willow and quickly grabs Scabbers. "Scabbers, you bit me!" He said as (Y/N), Harry and Hermione stop. "Guys, both of you do realize what tree this is?" Hermione asked "That's not good. Ron, run!" (Y/N) shouted. Ron looks up at the three in sudden fear.

"Harry, (Y/N), Hermione, run! It's the Grim!" The trio turn around and see a giant black dog snarling. The dog jumps over and goes straight for Ron and latches on Ron's leg. Ron let's out a scream as the dog drags him towards the Willow. "(Y/N)!" Ron shouted and the three run towards him. "Ron!" (Y/N) shouted as she lunges forward and she tries to grab Ron's hand. "Ron!" She shouts. "Ron!" Hermione shouts. "Help! Help!" Ron screams as he was dragged away. "Ron! Ron!" (Y/N) shouted. "Ron!" Harry and Hermione scream as the Willow moves and smacks the trio away. The Willow moves its branches. "Come on!" (Y/N) said and the three go towards the tree and it smacks a couple of branches towards them. They quickly duck as another branch starts to come at their feet. "Jump!" Harry shouted and both Harry and Hermione jump but (Y/N) was knocked over. Harry and Hermione see another branch swipe at their feet and both jump. Suddenly he felt someone grab the back of his collar and he see it was (Y/N). Once the branch gets close to its roots, (Y/N) throws Harry as she let go and Harry falls towards the hole in the Willow. He stumbles and falls as he gets in, (Y/N) comes in last with a yelp and crashes on top of Harry. "Sorry." She apologized. "Where do you suppose this goes?" Hermione asked. "I have a hunch. I just hope I'm wrong." Harry said and the three walk into the secret passage of the Whomping Willow. Harry pushes up a trapdoor and the three walk in to an old building. It looked like it had been abandoned. "We're in the Shrieking Shack, aren't we?" (Y/N) asked as she, her and Harry go up the stairs. As they walk up, they hear Ron crying out in pain. They get on the landing and see him sitting on a dirty old mattress. "Ron!" (Y/N) shouted as the three burst in. "Ron, You're okay." 

(Y/N) said as she walks over by his side. "The dog. Where is it?" Harry asked. "It's a trap. He's the dog. He's an Animagus." Ron replied, and he points behind the three. They around and look down at the floor to see paw print leading to the door. The door swings shut and Sirius Black walks out. (Y/N) steps protectively in front of her friends. "If you want to kill any of my friends you'll have to go through me first!" She shouted threateningly.  "No. Only one will die tonight." Sirius said. "Then it'll be you!" Harry shouts as he moves (Y/N) out of the way and runs at him. He grabs Sirius by the neck and pins him to the ground. Harry holds Sirius to the ground as he picks up his wand and aims it at his head. Sirius only laughs. "Are you going to kill me, Harry?" He asked. Lupin suddenly walks in. "Expelliarmus!" And Harry's wand flies out of his hand. Lupin gestures for Harry to move and Harry stands up as. (Y/N) and Hermione pull him close as Lupin hovers over Sirius, pointing his wand at him. "Well, well, Sirius. Looking rather ragged, aren't we? Finally, the flesh reflects the madness within." He said. "Well, you'd know all about the madness within, wouldn't you Remus?" Sirius asked. Lupin looks at him then lowers his wand and reaches a hand for him to help him up. The quartet watch in surprise as Lupin helps Sirius. "I found him." Sirius said. "I know." Lupin answers. "It's him." Black said. "I understand." said Lupin. "Let's kill him!" Black shouted. "No! I trusted you! And all this time, you've been his friend." (Y/N) shouted and Hermione and the boys look at her. She points her finger at Lupin. "He's a werewolf! That's why he's been missing classes." She explains.  "How long have you known?" He asked. "Since Professor Snape set the essay." She said. "Well, (Y/N). You are the brightest witch of your age I've ever met." He said with a small smile as Sirius walks around behind him. "Enough talk, Remus! Come on, let's kill him!" Sirius said. "Wait!" Lupin instructed but that made Sirius angry. "I did my waiting! Twelve years of it! In Azkaban!" He shouted.

Lupin looks at Sirius then to the four and sighs and hands his wand to Sirius. "Very well. Kill him. But wait one more minute. Harry has the right to know why." He said. "I know why. You betrayed mine and (Y/N)'s parents. You're the reason they're dead." Harry shouted as the two men look at him. "No, it wasn't him. Somebody did betray yours and her parents... somebody who, until quite recently, I believed to be dead!" Lupin said. "Who was it then?" Harry asked. "Peter Pettigrew!" Sirius replied. "And he's in this room! Right now!" He said and smiles. "Come out, come out, Peter! Come out, come out and play!" He said until Snape walks in. "Expelliarmus!" Knocking the wand out of Sirius's hand. The four stare at Snape in surprise. "Vengeance is sweet. How I hoped I'd be the one to catch you." Snape said. "Now Severus..." Lupin tries to say but Snape aims his wand at him, and Lupin raises his hands in surrender. "I told Dumbledore you were helping a friend into the castle. Here's the proof." Snape replied. "Brilliant, Snape. You've put your keen mind to the task and come to the wrong conclusion. If you'll excuse us, Remus and I have business...to attend to." 

said Sirius and he starts to walk towards the four until Snape stands in his way and shoves his wand at Sirius. "Give me a reason. I beg you!" He shouted. "Don't be a fool." Lupin said. "He can't help it. It's habit." Sirius joked as Lupin said. "Be quiet." "Be quiet yourself!" Sirius snapped. "You two, quarrelling like an old married couple." Snape mocked and Sirius rolled his eyes. "Why don't you run along and play with your chemistry set!" He said. Snape points his wand closer to Sirius. "I could do it, you know. But why deny the dementors? They're so longing to see you." Sirius gulps. "Do I detect a flicker of fear? Oh, yes. A Dementor's Kiss. One can only imagine what that must be like. It's said to be nearly unbearable to witness, but I'll do my best." Snape said. "Severus, please." Lupin begged but Snape glares at him. Harry snuck his arm around (Y/N) and pulled out her wand from her pocket and hid it behind him as Snape looks over at them. "After you." Snape said, gesturing to the doorway. Harry walks closer to Snape and raised (Y/N)'s wand at him. "Expelliarmus!" The spell was so powerful Snape was sent across the room. (Y/N), Ron and Hermione stare at it in shock. "Harry, what did you do?" (Y/N) asked. "You attacked a teacher!" Hermione said. "Tell me about Peter." Harry demanded. "He was at school with us. We thought he was our friend!" Lupin said. "No. Pettigrew's dead. You killed him!" Harry said as he points (Y/N)'s wand at Sirius. Lupin jumps in front of Sirius. "No, he didn't. I thought so too, until you and (Y/N) mentioned Pettigrew on the map!" He shouted. "The map was lying, then." Harry said.

"The map never lies! Pettigrew's alive! And he's right there!" Sirius shouted and he points toward Ron. "Me?! He's mental!!" Ron argued. "No, not you! Your rat!" Sirius shouted. "Scabbers has been in my family for..." "Twelve years? Curiously long life for a common garden rat! He's missing a toe, isn't he?" Sirius asked. "So what?" Ron asked as Harry looks at Sirius. "All they could find of Pettigrew was his..." "Finger! Dirty coward cut it off so everyone would think he was dead! And then he transformed into a rat!" Sirius shouted, as he looks at Scabbers. "Show me." Harry demanded. Sirius tries to grab the rat from Ron who holds him tightly, so he struggles to grab it from him. "Give it to him, Ron." Harry demanded. "What are you trying to do to him?" Ron asked when Sirius finally pulls Scabbers out of Ron's hands. "Scabbers! Leave him alone!" Ron pleaded, and (Y/N) set s comforting hand on his shoulder. When Scabbers was on the piano he starts to run away as Sirius waves his wand at him, his spell missing. "Get off him! What are you doing?" Ron asked. The rat ran to a hole in the wall but Sirius waved his wand at him and through the whole was a lower half of a human body. 

Lupin and Sirius bend down and grab the man. (Y/N), Ron, Harry and Hermione stare at the man in shock. "Remus? Sirius. My old friends!" Peter said, then tries to escape but Lupin and Sirius stop him and shove him. Peter looks around, until his eyes set on (Y/N). "(Y/N)! Look at you. You look so much like your mother.. We were the best of friends..." He said as he tries to walk closer to her but Harry and Hermione stand in front of her protectively, as Sirius runs to Peter. "How dare you speak to (Y/N)! How dare you talk about her mother in front of her!" Peter runs to the other side but the two men stop him and aim their wands. "You sold James, Lily (M/N), and (F/N) to Voldemort, didn't you?!" Lupin asked Peter angrily. "I didn't mean to! The Dark Lord. You have no idea the weapons he possesses!" Pettigrew cries then he turns to Sirius and asked. "Ask yourself, Sirius! What would you have done? What would you have done?" "I would've died! I would've died rather than betray my friends!" Sirius shouted as they chase Peter around the room. (Y/N) stands in front of the door and Peter runs over to her and grabs her shoulder. "(M/N) wouldn't have wanted me killed! Your mom would have spared me! She would have shown me mercy!" He said as Lupin and Sirius grabbed his shoulder and threw him in the middle of the room, wands pointed at him. "Should have realized if Voldemort didn't kill you, we would. Together!" Lupin shouted

"No!" (Y/N) shouted, surprising everyone. The men stop for a moment and Lupin hangs his head and sighs. "(Y/N), this man..." "I know what he is. But we'll take him to the castle." (Y/N) said. Peter gets down on his knees and begins to grovel at her feet. "Bless you, girl. Bless you!" He said and she jerks her feet away. "Get off!" "I said we'd take you to the castle. After that, the dementors can have you." "Sorry about the bite. I reckon that twinges a bit." Sirius said as he, (Y/N) and Harry carry Ron through the secret passage. Hermione, Lupin and Peter bringing up the rear. "A bit? A bit? You almost tore my leg off!" Ron shouted. "I was going for the rat. Normally, I have a very sweet disposition as a dog. More than once, James suggested that I make the change permanent. The tail I could live with. But the fleas, they're murder." Sirius said.  (Y/N) and her friends walked out Sirius and (Y/N) set Ron down on a nearby boulder and (Y/N) and Hermione walk over to Ron and look him over. 

Hermione pulls back the fabric of his pants and you see a huge dog bite on his calf, blood pouring out. Harry walks over to Sirius and they start a conversation while (Y/N) and Hermione look at the bite. "That looks really painful." (Y/N) said. "So painful. They might chop it." said Ron. "I'm sure Madam Pomfrey will fix it in a heartbeat." Hermione said. At that moment Pettigrew and Lupin climb out of the passage and Pettigrew sees Ron and immediately starts to beg. "Turn me into a flobberworm. Anything but the dementors! Ron! Haven't I been a good pet? You won't let them give me to the dementors, will you? I was your rat!" He cries. Ron gives him a disgusted look. "Back off!" (Y/N) growls, glaring at him. He cowers in fear from her fierce glare. (Y/N) then notices the full moon, and her eyes widened. She then turns to Harry and Sirius who were still talking. "Harry!" She shouts, warning him. The two turn around and see Lupin staring at the sky as clouds part and a full moon is present. "Remus, my old friend. Have you taken your potion tonight?" He wraps his arms around Lupin. "You know the man you truly are, Remus! This heart is where you truly live! Here! This flesh is only flesh!" Lupin howls and they watch their teacher turn into a werewolf. Peter grabs Lupin's wand and taps the tip of it on his head.

"Expelliarmus!" Harry said, waving his wand, and Lupin's wand flies out of Peter's hand. Peter gives them a smile and wave as he transforms into a rat and runs off. "Run! Run!" Sirius shouted and Lupin smacks Sirius out of the way. (Y/N) and Hermione help Ron to his feet and Harry stands in front of them. "Come on!" (Y/N) said. "Wait." Hermione said and she removes herself from Ron and walks slowly towards the werewolf. "Professor?" She asked as she walks closer. The wolf looks at her as he gives a small whimper. "Professor Lupin?" Hermione asked and the wolf howls loudly. Hermione jumps back and runs to the three and all four cower in fear. "Nice doggy. Nice doggy!" Ron whimpers. Then Snape pops out of the Willow and charges at Harry. "There you are, Potter!" He growls as he grabs Harry by the collar, then hears the wolf growl. Snape turns around and stands as a sheidl in front of all four as the wolf looks over him and attacks him, knocking him to side and causing all four to stumble. Then Sirius, in his dog form, comes up and bites the wolf. The two begin to have a dog fight as Sirius lures the wolf away from them. 

Snape stands back up and stands in front of (Y/N) and her friends. Sirius whimpers and him and Lupin disappear. "Sirius!" Harry shouts and he runs after the dogs. "Come back here, Potter!" Snape shouted but Harry was long gone. "Harry!" (Y/N) shouts and she runs from the group as she runs after Harry. "(L/N), get back here!" Snape shouted but she doesn't listen as she hears another howl, this time it sounds farther away. (Y/N) sees Harry standing there as Lupin runs to the forest.  "Harry!" She shouted and Harry turns around. "(Y/N)! What are you doing?" "I'm coming with you." She replied as she looks over and sees Sirius transform into a human and limps away. (Y/N) and Harry stare at each other and follow him. They follow him to another part of the lake where he was lying down. "Sirius!" Harry shouted as (Y/N) and him run to Sirius. "Oh no. Sirius!" Harry shouted again but he doesn't reply. (Y/N) looks at the lake and sees the water turning into ice. "Harry." She said, nervously, as she points. The two of them look up and see lots of Dementors floating around the three. One of the Dementors, floats down and starts to attack Sirius before it flies away. (Y/N) and Harry stand and point their wands at them. "Expecto Patronum!" They both shouted. Bright light comes out from both wands and blocks a handful of dementors. But there were still many left and two of them began to target (Y/N) and Harry. The two of them scream in pain and fall on their knees. Soon two bright lights could be seen from the distance that wiped out all of the Dementors, saving (Y/N) and Harry before they both pass out.
