I decided this was a good time to check whatever the Reapers (that is their name, as I learned recently) were guarding and went the opposite direction. Whatever they were guarding, it made my heart drop. Literally. There was a huge drop into what looked like a never-ending abyss. But suddenly, I knew where they all went.

There was a lot of roaring down there.

And... Other screaming sounds I did not recognize.

Coming right for me.

I quickly looked up, seeing a giant see-through hammerhead-looking thing. Then two more followed.

And every single Reaper.

Which was 10 leviathans in all.

I bet you know what happened next.

ZOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM.

I was OUT of there. Literally. The moment I saw 10 very loud things coming at me, what did you expect? Me to just stand there and get eaten away by what felt like thousands of leviathans? No! I don't give up that easily. Here's the problem: I quickly realized Reapers are incredibly, and I mean incredibly, fast. Imagine a Lamborghini, literally at max speed, way past the speed limit. Now imagine a McLaren slowly coming up on it and eventually crashing into it. Yeah.

That's what it was like.

And once one got to the Seamoth, others came and destroyed it.

Doomed.

There was no way out of this.

They were gonna eat me.

But something happened.

A strange dragonsquid-looking thing emerged from the depths and ate every last leviathan. I was next, but I did not wait to see the spectacle it put on.

My Seaglide and me zoomed straight back to the Grassy Plateaus.

I decided I was not going back there until much later.

And until I make a new Seamoth with a very deep depth module.

Oh, speaking of, I was able to grab the depth module once the Seamoth broke.

What luck, huh?

Upon making a new Seamoth, I headed to a cave I found in the Grassy Plateaus.

I just hoped there were no Reapers.

Okay, so there were no Reapers. Only annoying snake things that hurt really bad. I managed to grab a recipe from it called the Ultra Capacity Tank and get a few things for a base.

I made a base shortly after that with a bed, Moonpool, locker, and water machine. I also put down a few windows and enforcers. In between the bedroom and the Moonpool, I put down a door called a bulkhead. The Moonpool allows me to dock a vehicle and it charges while docked. I also made a new depth module that allowed me to go 600 meters deep.

That cave I now know about in the Void (I'm gonna call it that) might be the next location for me now.
