My name is Serena Johnson. I lead a perfectly normal life. However, that will not be true for long. I attend with my friends and love music. This may seem like a particularly normal story, but that won't last. Sadly, my life will never be normal again. Once it finds you, you can't escape. You should be lucky it's not after you- yet. Brace yourself, for it is coming.

I was in English class one day, when I needed to get a book out of my locker. When the teacher let me go get it, I walked around the corner to the cold, drafty locker hall. As I opened my locker, I heard strange whispers from around the corner. I assumed that it was some teachers talking. However, as I turned the corner, the sight that greeted me definitely wasn't teacher. Nor was it even human. Before me stood a "man" about eight or nine feet tall. He wore a black suit and his skin was a ghostly white. I stood, petrified with fear, when he suddenly vanished. I yelped and fell to the floor unconscious. However when I awoke, I was sitting in class at the exact same time I had asked to go get my book. It was like a dream, like nothing really happened, but I somehow had my book. When I told my friends at lunch, none of them believed me. The only one who showed any sign of understanding was Trenton. He studied me for a few moments, then went back to talking with his girlfriend, Kylie. They were all frustrating me, so I got up and left.

The paranormal activity continued. I was home by myself on a Saturday. I was in my room doing homework, when the doorbell rang. When I pushed past my dog and finally opened the door, no one was there. I went back inside, confused. An hour later, the doorbell rang again. I answered the door, but again no one was there, and I started to get irritated. That night, I was sitting on the sofa, watching T.V, when the doorbell rang once again. I quickly opened the door, but still no one was there. However, when I went back to sit down, something did greet me. There was a piece of paper sitting in the exact same spot as I was before I got up. I read the paper, then dropped it in fright. There on the paper, in messy, blood red writing were the words "CANT RUN". I called my best friend Megan, but she refused to believe me. She told me I was crazy and to go to sleep.
