{Two weeks later..}

{Kai's P. O. V}

"Kai! Over here!" I heard the friend I had, mugman shout. Wow... it's been a long time since I heard that yell in two weeks...

"Hey, mug's..." I smiled, I and him talked about things while walking, but honestly, we've just arrived here... it's been, well, really quiet... I guess...

We found out that there was a cure to the virus, and we were happy about it, well, except for one person, Tom...

Mugman then asks me if I'm alright, I nod to him. He asks me if I can check Tom's room, for one thing.

Tom won't speak to me as he used to... Mugman then tell's me, it's because of edd and matt's loss, it's because of the virus, they're gone, he couldn't save them.

"Oh, alright then..." I said to him, then I walked to Tom's room... which is still quite silent... I knocked at his door.

"Thomas, are you-" He cut my sentence...

"No, just go, leave now, please," he said... I want to confess to him that I love him-

I sighed... but I don't give up just yet... I'll try to do something flirty...

"Please, 'll comfort you, Tommy~," I flirty said, I guess he blushed.

"Alright, Alright, you can come in..." I sighed in relief, I opened the door to see,

A messy room, the bed is a mess, with some old belongings on his bed, he kept as collectibles, I notice a piece of paper and more rubbish was in his room, I picked the note, and read it.

It said.

"Looks like life's turning against me, I just want to die already, life's not fair anymore, life's not treating me well, I guess this is goodbye..."

I started tearing up, but stop immediately, I know that I have to stop him from killing him...

"Tom? Tom?!" I started checking his room, I search the whole bedroom, no luck, 

Then I check the bathroom, I found him in his bathroom, Cutting his own arm flesh...

I was shocked, why would he do that, my face said it all. Tom looked at me with horror and realization that I was here.

"Thomas... are you alright?-" I was cut by him.

"I'M FINE ALRIGHT, GET OUT!" He screamed... Tears were streaming at his face...

I thought with all my heart this is not happening...

"Tom please-" I said with care.

"I'M NOT FINE OK! I LOST MY FRIEND'S IN A WHOLE MONTH! AND IT'S ALL MY FAULT! NOW I AM FINALLY ALONE, STILL DON'T KNOW WHERE TORD IS! ALL OF THIS IS MY FAULT! AND HAVING A BAD TIME HERE! THIS IS MY WRONGDOING! I SHOULD JUST DIE!" Tom started tearing up and sobbing on the floor...

"Tom.." I said, speechless, I stared him in the eyes, I started comforting him.

"Tom, please, this is not you... Zane is worried sick... Just please.."

I sighed.

"And i-i..."

I breathed in and out...

"I love you.." I said. He was shocked.

"W-what did you say?!' Tom said as he was shocked, do I really have to say it again.

"I SAID I LOVE YOU!

He walked to me, sighed on his breath, and kissed me,  I blushed, then I kissed back...

"I love you too Kai." I smile back at him

"So... are we a couple?" He asked me... I nodded.

"AW HECK YEAH!" He said with pride. I chuckled a bit at his attitude. I guess...

I'm helpless...
