The hospital ward was quiet. It had been maybe only a few hours since the ship had arrived, and Orion couldn't hear anything outside the room he had been put in. He laid there for a minute, his head was still pounding from Peeta's fist. And his arm throbbed just as much from where Finnick had cut out his tracker after he cut out his own. But his head was almost unbearable. Peeta hadn't given him any time at all to explain-- then again he couldn't have explained anything, not with the camera's on still. If it hadn't been for District Two getting Peeta to run, trying to get away from them-- there wasn't a doubt in Orion's throbbing head that Peeta would have killed him.

After Orion gathered his thoughts enough to be able to make sense of things, he pushed himself up to lean against the headboard of the hospital bed. Then he had to sit there a bit longer until the room stopped spinning. He knew he was fine, he didn't need to even be there. Maybe just for a bit, but he didn't need to be hooked up to everything. So Orion used his bandaged arm to pull out the I.V. that was in his other elbow. Then he reached up and pulled out the small tubes that were in his nose to help him breathe.

"Don't need that either..." he sighed as he dropped it next to the I.V. on the bed next to him. Then he pulled the blanket off of himself before standing up. He knew he'd get brought back there, and he'd probably get knocked out again. But he had to know who else Thirteen had gotten out of the arena.

So Orion made his way towards the sliding door, he had to lean on the frame for a moment after he opened it. His balance wasn't the best, and he had Peeta and Katniss to thank for that. The shock had knocked him out, it had made things even worse than what they already were. Orion then took a step out into the hallway, he looked around and saw nobody at all. So he walked across the hall to the room across from his. In that room was Finnick, still not awake...at least he guessed he was still sleeping. His back was towards he door.

He decided not to bother him, so he made his way down the hall a bit further. The next room was empty, whoever had that room  had the same idea as he did. He didn't have to look far, on the other side of the hall, looking into another room was Katniss. So Orion made his way towards her. Her arm was bandaged like his own, Johanna had cut her tracker out and that had almost gotten him killed. He and Johanna had went with Katniss, and Johanna didn't warn him before she did it.

"Hey," Orion said quietly so the nurses wouldn't hear him.

Katniss didn't move. She only looked into the room, not moving or saying anything. Orion stopped beside her and looked into the room. On the bed was Quinn. She was hooked up to more than he had been, but she wasn't moving. But she was breathing, which that in itself was surprising. They had all heard the cannon, they had all seen the hovercraft take her out of the arena.

"Hadley says there had been two hovercrafts controlled by rebels," Katniss spoke up, "They set of a cannon for her early, and one of them got her out." she stated.

"She's okay?" Orion asked, as if he hadn't heard anything that Katniss had just said.

Katniss sighed, "Hadley says she'll be fine when she wakes up." she stated, "President Snow thinks she's dead though."

"You mean they don't think...they don't know she's in Thirteen?"

She shook her head, "They think she's dead."

"What about the others?" Orion asked, but his eyes didn't leave Quinn. There wasn't a reason in the world that she should have been alive. Quinn should have been dead. She should have died multiple times. In her games, she should have died. When they were going to Thirteen, she should have died. She should have died in the arena too, she shouldn't have survived the Quarter Quell. But she did, she survived every time. And that should have been impossible.

Katniss was quiet for a moment, she looked like she was stumbling over her own words in her head. "Beetee is here," she said weakly, "But Peeta and Johanna are in the Capitol."

"Alive?"

She was quiet again.

"I mean, there were no cannons?"

She shook her head, "As soon as the arena went down, Capitol hovercrafts got them out. The rebel one got us." she explained simply.

"Does Finnick know?" Orion asked, "That Quinn's here?"

She shrugged, "I don't even know if he's awake." she confessed, "I'll go see...unless you want to-"

"No, you can." he said quickly.

Katniss turned and walked towards Finnick's room, leaving Orion to stand there outside of Quinn's room. Everything in the arena was practically a blur after Quinn had supposedly died. He could barely remember what the original plan had been. All he knew is that is had gone horribly wrong as soon as District Two found them. But up until that point, Orion really had just been following everyone. In a way, he blamed himself for what happened to Quinn only two days into the games. He hadn't been far from her-- but his attention had been in Wiress-- but if he just hadn't turned around...

Then again, if that hadn't happened. There would have been a chance the Capitol would have gotten her out of the arena instead of the rebels. And if that happened, then they would have killed her is she didn't tell them any of the rebel plans. So in a way, it was best that she ended up in Thirteen a day before the rest of them.

"Mr. Snow,"

Orion sighed heavily and turned his head towards the familiar voice of the nurse that he hadn't gotten along with his first stay in the Hospital ward.

"You shouldn't be out of bed." she told him as she walked towards him.

Orion didn't say anything at first, "Well, here I am. Out of bed." he stated blandly, "Besides, I feel fine."

She didn't seem convinced, "Will you please just go back to bed?" she asked, "I'll see what I can do about you getting released. Okay?"

"I'm not going back to bed." Orion stated, now just being difficult to spite the nurse that hadn't exactly been all that nice to him the first time he was there. She had been one of the few to treat him bad simply because of who he was. But now, now that he had been betrayed by his own grandfather, now that he was clearly on their side, things were different on their part. But he still didn't like them.

The nurse sighed, "Please? I have to check on her."

Orion shrugged, "I can wait."

She let out a long huff of air, irritation and frustration was clearly in her tone and in her stiff nod as she slid the door open and slipped inside. Shutting it behind her, and leaving Orion on his own in the hall. The nurse checked a few things on the monitor, and then seemed to notice something. She traced her hand along the various instruments on a tray that had been near the monitor. Still concerned about something, she turned to look Quinn over. And as she turned and stepped closer, everything moved just as fast as the day in the cornucopia had. Quinn's hand shot up and grabbed the nurses shirt pulling her down and doing something with her other hand before pushing her off of her. The nurse stumbled back holding her shoulder tightly, shock was etched on her face as Quinn began yanking things that she had been hooked up to off of her and quickly pushed herself up out of her bed.

Orion slid the door open as Quinn began to go at the nurse again, a half full syringe of morphling still in her hand. Orion grabbed her arm with the syringe in it first before the other one. That was the one of the first things he had to learn when he was in Thirteen the first time-- different restraints and when to use them. Mainly for times like this, at least that had been what Otto had told him. If there was ever something in the compound, he had to be able to at least try  to stop it without using a weapon.

"Let go of me! Let go!" Quinn shouted, "Why didn't you just let me die in the arena!? What does Snow want!?" she shouted more.

"You aren't in the Capitol!" the nurse retorted, "You're in District Thirteen!"

"Stop lying!" Quinn retorted, "Why did Snow get me out of the arena!?"

"Quinn, she isn't lying!" Orion told her loudly, but she didn't seem to hear him even though his mouth was right nest to her ear.

"They should have just let me die!" she retorted, "I should have died!" her voice was less angry than it had been when she first started yelling. It was weaker, and not as loud. "I should have died..." she said even quieter as she let Orion grab the syringe from her hand. "I shouldn't be here, please you can't let Snow kill me his way. Please, you can't let him. You should have let me die in the arena..." her voice was weak, but she couldn't stop pleading.

"Quinn, you're in District Thirteen." the nurse tried to convince her. The nurses eye's were getting heavy from the morphling that Quinn had injected her with. But the nurse straightened herself, and forced herself to take a few steps towards Quinn, to try to get her back into her bed.

"No!" Quinn's voice was back to shouting, "Stay away from me! Don't come near me-"

Orion quickly put the needle in the back of Quinn's neck, and injected the rest of the morphling into Quinn. What he could remember from being in District Twelve, it was that they injected morphling in the back of the neck, into the spine for the quickest response. Quinn kept of mumbling at the nurse to stay away from her, but soon enough, her body was limp enough that the nurse helped get her back into her bed.

"Thanks..." she sighed looking up at him, "I'll, uh, I'll go get more help...you could, um-"

"I'll go get more people, you just got shot up with morphling." Orion said, interrupting her. Then with that, Orion turned around to go get help. But he didn't need to, he took a few steps out of the room, and there were already people rushing towards the room. Katniss stood in the doorway to her room, and Finnick in the door way to his.

"Mr. Snow--"

"I know, I know, I'm going." he sighed as he slowly began to make his way back to his room. Restraining Quinn hadn't exactly been all that great for his throbbing head. But at the same time, he didn't want to really leave her room-- not when she thought she was in the Capitol and ready to kill absolutely anyone who tried to help her.
