"Lacey's POV'

Well sensei stuck to his word and gets us all up at five, I change into my ninja kimono and Nya gets on shorts and a tank top. We do our lap of the block and go back to sensei.

Not long after we start warm ups a woman comes up to us, I recognize her right away it's my aunt Alexandria "auntie Alex!" I call and run to hug her "Lacey your aunt has something very important to tell you" sensei says and I look to my aunt "Lacey, Victoria told you that your father is a serpentine, but she did not tell you who, correct" aunt Alex asks "correct" I say slowly

"well since they got out you have been put in danger...... Lacey.......... Scales is your father" she stumbles over the words, I feel tears sting at my eyes "Lacey it was your mother who got killed after you where born. and when the serpentine where forced into the tombs Scales begged the generals to let him bring you two" she says "but they wouldn't let him because they didn't know if you two where going to become serpentine, he gave you your sun necklace before he got trapped" she continues "Lacey as time went on you didn't change like your sister, and I realized that there was something special about you, I stayed with you two for as long as I could, but as your sister started to change into her real snake form she started plotting revenge against the towns people and she pushed me out of your life so that you wouldn't find out what she was until the time was right" aunt Alex finishes "no..." I whisper, touching my necklace.

"Lacey I'm sorry you had to find out like this..... but you needed to know" she apologizes "I'm glad to know more about my past... even. if........ Scales is my father" I say nodding my head "just be careful" aunt Alex says and she walks away "so Scales is your father" I hear Lloyd asks from behind me "yep" I breath, turning around, not wanting to see the expressions on everybody's faces but to my surprise they just look at me with looks of sympathy.

"Lacey do you feel alright" sensei asks "ya....... ya I feel fine" I say choking back tears "ok, back to exercises" sensei says and we start again.
