Just the villains in this particular Batman show are amazing in terms of character design???

Like, it expresses them perfectly???

It expresses who they are

AND THE EYES OH GOD DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED

Everyone's always like "Oh the Batman: Animated Series is a great series" and it is a great series I won't lie! Hell its that series that got my dad to be INTERESTED in the Batman!

BUT

The art style was eh for me. They all look the same. BUT one advantage that show did have over this one that I'm talking about is the fact that it normalised the villains to characters more then villains. They're antagonists. Not villains. They represent humanity's lowest depths and snaps.

BUT This show does take the cake in my opinion however!

No two characters have the same design! They're all unique! They al have this thing that makes them different and memorable

Poison Ivy's hair is styles like a rose, her skin takes on a weird chlorophyll tint to it

Dr. Freeze's deep red eyes that stare at you from behind an ice mountain like encase

Joker looks completely bonkers completely

[I love the Riddler's design the best though, he definitely looks like a villain then some goofball]

[you can tell i'm obsessesed by now because i cant even describe how much i love their style so much it's like that one style i want to go for in making a comic or a show]
