Snowpeak Ruins for The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.

I have to say that this song drove me crazy!

"Sonia!" Tech cried out, running towards the women lying unconscious on the cold stone floor.

A woman with short golden hair and emerald eyes rushed towards the two. She checked the unconscious woman's breathing. It was there...barley.

"Zelda," Tech cried.

A muscular man walked out to the platform holding a golden tear in his green skinned hand. The tear grew and turned red. He placed it on his forehead and laughed. The Blood Moon rose and Gloom transformed the man into a demon.

He laughed as Rarau rushed into the room only to find his beloved wife unconscious in Tech's arms. He growled, his third eye opening and his tear glowing ferociously.

"Rarau! Sonia needs you!" Zelda cried, desperately trying to prevent Rarau from personally trying to strangle Ganondorf. Tech would've loved nothing more than to do the same, but it'd be a suicide attempt.

Rarau created a shield to protect himself and his friends from the Gloom Beam that Ganondorf sent towards them. Zelda grabbed the Purah Pad and zapped them away from Ganondorf.

🎤

"STOP!" Zelda cried.

Ganondorf snorted, glaring at Zelda, his blood-red eyes boring into her soul. He then looked to Tech who was held by two Gloom Hands, kneeling in their pools of Gloom. His screams had faded to hoarse cries of pain. Tech's strength had been sapped and his Tear was glowing ferociously, desperately trying to fight off the Gloom, and keep its holder alive.

"Why?" Ganondorf asked, looking the poor girl's tear-stained face.

"He's my friend," she whispered.

"Would you like me to hurt you instead?" Ganondorf asked, grinning. Zelda didn't reply. "Very well."

He began to create Gloom Hands to take ahold of Zelda. He ordered the current ones to drop Tech. He fell the ground, groaning in pain. Before the Hands could reach Zelda, Rarau interfered.

"ENOUGH!" He boomed.

Seeing the chance, Zelda ran as fast as she could to Tech. She carefully placed his head in her lap. He was dying and she knew it. The Gloom had spread too far. She cradled him and she thought of what to do. Then she realised she could send him back in time. Or forward in time, in this case. No matter what happened, she couldn't let him die.

Sonia's death was written in stone...literally; it was a fixed event, but her and Tech weren't supposed to be here. If one of them died here, it could have serious consequences. If Tech dies, Clone Force 99 might not exist in the future. He certainly won't.

She grasped his hand, wincing briefly at the sensation of Gloom. Without saying anything, she began to send him back to his time. Right before he got here. She kept ahold of his hand until she couldn't. Surrounded by a holy light, he began being sent back.

"Zelda!" He cried.

"Goodbye Tech. Your going home! Home...where you should be," she whispered, watching as he disappeared.

She spun around only to find Rarau sacrificing himself. Once that was over, she felt a pang in her heart.

Tech was dead.

That was his fate: death. How could the world be so cruel?!

🎤

Tech had been sent back to right before he had ended up in Hyrule in the past. Yes. Here he was, plummeting to his death. Yay.

The screams of Omega and Wrecker faded away and soon the cart faded out of vision. The pain of hitting the ground was excruciating, but short and brief. His final thoughts were fixated on Omega, Hunter, Wrecker, Echo, Crosshair, Zelda, Link and Phee. He wished them a happy life.

He hoped Omega would grow into a strong, brave,  independent and caring woman.

He hoped Hunter would find a way to deal with his enhanced senses and he'd lead the crew into a brighter world and give them a better life.

He hoped that Wrecker would care for Omega and find a suitable life for himself.

He hoped that Echo would find somewhere where he was accepted for who he was.

He hoped Crosshair would return home to his brothers safe and sound.

He hoped that Zelda would muster up the courage to tell Link she loves him and she would go on to be an excellent Queen of Hyrule.

He hoped Link would become less reckless and that should he have to save the world again, he would be alright to do it on his own this time.

He hoped Phee would continue her passion in treasure hunting and that she would live a happy and safe life.

Last but not least, he hoped that his sacrifice would not be in vain. That was all he thought of before it all faded to black.

Welp. That got dark. Sorry,  not sorry. I created an ability that would be utilised in Hyrule Chronicles Volume 4: Legends Never Die. Yes, I am bringing back the Champions abilities. One thing that I have been a bit upset about with TotK is that the Champions seem to have been forgotten.

Even Mipha's statue has been replaced. There are a few references to them, such as Mipha Court and that's one of the things I'm putting in the HC series is that Hyrule has got all this information about how Link saved Hyrule, but they kinda haven't recognised that Tech helped. That or they forgot...oops.

Anyway, the ability is called 'Tech's Light'. It works similarly to Mipha's Grace, but it heals hearts broken by Gloom.

Also, for those who have finished OoT, did you recognise the part where Zelda sent Tech back to his time? Did the dialogue sound familiar?
