I listen to Darkfang's thoughts uninvited. Her thoughts are full of anger, distrust, and frustration. I haven't been able to figure out what she is directing those feelings to. there are to many thoughts whirling around in her head for me to just grasp and read.

I focus on one thing and I see a piece of memory. She is standing there in the forest. She is looking at something curled up in the ground. I look closer an am surprised. Its the deer. Only there is no longer the ice over the doe. it is shattered in a circle around. I try to look other details by an pushed away harshly.

Darkfang is glaring at me. I back away and turn to go find Skyress. I find her walking towards the forest with a trail of many brightly colored flowers trailing behind her.

I haven't seen her like this in over three weeks. I run up to her. " Hey what's up? You seem really happy."

She smiles at me. " I feel like something very special is gong to happen."

I follow her into the forest. The forest today dose have a gloomy look to it. it is bright and many birds fluter in the branches of the newly formed trees. We walk around the forest a while. We play with many of the wild animals.

Skyress is lead around the forest too by animals in need I assistance. Every thin from A rabbit that couldn't get out a cocklebur, to a squirrel to old to easily get its own food. Skyress grew the squirrel it's own bush that sprouted more than one kind of fruit or nut. It was very interesting. The bush contained acorns, blueberries, grapes, ad many more.

Finally we laid down under the shade of a tree. Skyress chewed on an apple. " you know, The forest looks great today,"

Skyress nods in agreement. " Yes, I plan to have it stay this way. I've decided that I should stop grieving. Saphira would not want me to abandon the forest because I her. She would want me to make it a more pleasurable place for the animals. "

I nod in understanding. After a few minutes of watching the birds I speak. " So... Will you forgive Blazefire?"

She looks down at her paws. "I-I want to. But, it's just not that simple. And its not easy to forget what he did." Se starts to trail off. I understand more by listening to her thoughts. She still loves our brother. She only fears his power and what could have happened.

I look up as I hear the pounding of hooves on the ground. We both Stan up expecting another animal to come to their guardian and explain to her another need. We wait only another few seconds before a deer bursts into our site.

At first neither of us are surprised that it is a doe. But when I looked closer I noticed the familiar liar face of the doe. My jaw falls open.

Skyress doesn't seem to notice who it is at first.

Then the flowers came.... I saw enough flowers to last a lifetime. Flowers erupted from the ground all around us. From the ground, on the bushes, on the trees. And some how even on the trunks of the trees. How ever that is possible I don't know, but she did make acorns grow on bush.

" Saphira!" Skyress yells happily before leaping up and hugging the deer the best she could.

💭Twilight💭

I look around the cave for my grand parents. Darklight said they would be here.

I was hoping they could tell me a story. Blazefire and Bolt are with me. I look back at them a shrug.

" Maybe we can try track them, We haven't tried that out sense we went last practiced hunting. " Which was long ago.

" Ok let's try it," Bolt said dipping his head down walking in the direction of the sea cliffs.

Me and Blazefire follow. We finally did both our grand parents with our mother. We run up to them pouncing on them. Our grandparents may be old compared to us, But the say that they are only barely near the age of the dragons in some I the stories they tell us.

In the story's it's always about a great Nightfury. not always the same one. Its about adventure and cool stuff. They say that they were told the stories by their parents. I have to wonder though if they are bluffing us. Sometimes they do that.

But I haven't seemed to pick up on any exaggeration in their peak when I listen to their thoughts. It seems that they speak the truth. But, I don't know what I think.

After spending time with Mom and Dad and my sons I left to go do something on my own.

I haven't had time to do it earlier. I was always either helping Toothless with with things around the island.

I have been wanting to give Skyress something. She had mentioned how much she liked how Holly berries looked. Ive been wanting to cheer up my daughter after what happened to her friend.

I have been looking all over the island for the perfect charm. I have decided to take the challenge of making her a necklace. I am hoping that I. The future that it will also remind her of home incase she ever leaves.

I was lucky enough to find a charm that looked like a perfect Holly berry. I had Valka help string a leather strap through the charm. Now all I have to do is find something to put in before I give it to her.

I fly down and lad in front of Hiccup's house. He and Toothless are outside. Hiccup is standing facing Toothless talking to him while my mate listened to him.

I crept quietly behind Hiccup. Toothless gave me a quick glance before looking back down at Hiccup.

I leapt at Hiccup playfully and tackled him. He gave a startled yelp. I touched my nose to his hand in greeting.

" Oh. Hello Nightholly," he says relieved. I purr and give him a small lick before leaping off and tackling Toothless. We have a small play fight not much different than from our children's. I win sitting on top of him. HE looks up at me with fake annoyance.

" Get of me," he says. I ignore him.

" Hey have you seen a box I can use for the gift I made for Skyress?" I ask.

" I'm not so sure that you made it as you have collected it," he says looking up at me from the corner of his eye.

" Ah, you know what I mean" I say batting at his ears.

" Get off of me. I can't breath," he says again.

Instead I lay down on top of his back. " so have you?" I ask.

He sighs. " your not going to get off until in get one for you somehow aren't you?"

" Nope. Im staying put"

" Some times I have to wonder if you Weren't one of the ones I watched hatch from and egg" Toothless says.

I look from down at him. " hey!"

" I was joking, come on. Get off me. And yes I found a box."

I get off and he leaps up into the windows in Hiccups room. I follow and he nudges a box that is in Hiccup's desk.

" Thanks Toothless," I say nudging him with me head. he returns the gesture.

He smiles back. We both put the necklace into the box before I fly off with it grasped in my claws.

I soon find Skyress and Silver in the forest. Am greeted excitedly by both of them.

" Mom! She's back!" I'm confused at first but look up to see a doe standing not far away.

I don't know what to think at first. I had never met someone who had died and come back.

After a second I look at Skyress happily. I haven't seen her this happy in a long time and I'm great full for the look in her face. I will have to thanks the doe for the gift.

Later after having Skyress translate for us I had a conversation with the doe. In find her very interesting.

I soon gave Skyress my gift and see reserved it with much excitement. Im very great full for this day.
