The sun rose up in the Ninjago Kingdom. Many people were already awake, going to their works, doesn'tmatter where it was, in stores, houses, mines or even in the grand castle.

There, the day used to start later, since when the kings woke up, there were already breakfast and everything were in their places. But for the Princess it wasn't that way.

She was a 15-year-old girl who liked to do all that was forbidden. For being the Princess, the next heir to the throne (which was passed from mother to daughter) she needed to behave like one, but the only thing that the young woman wanted was to be free to make friends, have fun and help the people who loved her, so she used the mornings for this.

[Nya's P.O.V.]

It was 7 o'clock in the morning, and the singing of birds entered my bedroom, even so isolated in the tallest tower of the Castle. I yawn, sitting up.

--The day is beautiful today! Will the court come here? Hope not...

With this thought in my head, I go down the high stairs that lead me to the living room and I came across my brother, also awake.

--Good morning Kai! -- I said

--Hey sis! Slept well?

He usually always wake up with the sunrise, 'cause for being the Prince, he had sword fighting classes, and then normal school classes (things that only few people had, unfortunately)

--Yes! I had an incredible dream: you finally teach me how to handle a sword!

--Good you know it was only a dream Nya. You know that the Assembly (the court and the kings together) forbade you to fight and even touch one!

--Ohh... please Kai! Only a bit... no-one needs to know!! I know I have guards, but what if something happens to them? I need to know to to defend myself! -- Not that I didn't know how to, but I wanted him to teach...

--I don't do nothing hidden from nobody sis. Furthermore, if something accur, you have me!

Frustrated, I roll my eyes and leave. "The Assembly this, The Assembly that... I cant do anything! Don't walk with the village people, don't play videogames, don't fight, don't run away, don't eat too much... I wish I could do a lot of things! But all I hear is : 'No' or 'behave like a lady'." I could only think about that.

Why all Princess need to be perfect? I don't wanna be only one more... I want to be unic, want to be MYSELF!

I decided to hang out before my parents wake up and send guard Zane with me... He is a good 'friend', or at least the closest I have to it, but I'll come back soon, I just want to take a walk in the park right there, and really a robot next to me wouldn't be relaxing.

[Lloyd's P.O.V.]

One more work day starting... The owner of the house where I work is a rich agricultural, and I'm only one more of his "slaves". Or almost this, because I get extremely little money for everything I do.

I'm orphan, and this was the only way I found of staying alive. I use to transport goods and other things to the Castle, though sometimes when there's nothing to do they give me the day off...

And today unfortunately wasn't one of these lucky days. I was walking with a cart full of hay to the stables of the Castle when I sow my friend waving to me. Jay, the Jester, lived in a small bedroom next to my destination, so when I did the delivery, I stopped to chat a bit with him.

[Kai's P.O.V.]

Nya rolled her eyes when I told her another no. Everyday in the morning she asked the same thing, even knowing the answer. I deducted she went have breakfast, so I went to the training field.

After approximately 2 hours, my mom interrupts me:

--Kai, do you know where did your sister went? Up one of the guards said he saw her leaving alone earlier...

--No... She escape again!? -- I say angry -- I bet she is in that park... the one that has the lake, she always go there!

--She still didn't learnt that 1-) She can't walk unattended and 2-) If the Court finds out she keep going meet the people, will want to kill her!

--By the way, no... -- I roll my eyes -- Today she asked again if I could train her... And I think they want to kill her, since they want to breack the tradition and pu ME in the power...

--Wanted... And only this. It isn't because she disobeys a little bit that they're going to substitute her. You aunt and me weren't the favourite too, but look how it is these days! Thanks son, I'll look for her now.

--'Kay! And I know that she'll have the throne! That's why I try to protect her!

Hiiii!! This was the first chapter! How was it? It's my first fanfic (now I have others, but this was the first)... so of it isn't that hood, is because I'm new in it. I don't know when the next chapter will go out, but I think it won't take too long, I just need to translate it.
