The Shiny Phantump happened to be floating around. Lianna watched it, then the Phantump saw her and moved to her. "Hello Phantump." Lianna said to it. "Phantump?" It asked curiously. "You seem interested in me. You're so amazing in your colors!" Lianna explained in joy. Phantump moved back nervously. "I-I don't want to hurt you!" Lianna explained. Phantump looked confused to her behavior. Lianna held her arms out. Phantump moved back towards her.

"There there..." Lianna said in a comforting voice. Phantump looked at her. "Hmm?" Lianna asked. The first daughter was watching her. "What is she doing? Battle it." She said to herself. Lianna sent out Tyrogue and scanned him. He knew Tackle, Leer and Mach Punch. Then she returned him and sent out Ivysaur. "Vine Whip!" She commanded. 

Tyrogue was returned and Ivysaur was sent out and used Vine Whip. Phantump avoided the Vine Whip and used Will-o-Wisp. "Dodge it!" Lianna called out and Ivysaur jumped out of the way. "Vine Whip again! Ivysaur used it but the Shiny Phantump avoided it again and it got close for an attack. "Grab it with Vine Whip and slam it down!" Lianna commanded. Phantump used Will-o-Wisp before Ivysaur got the chance. "Gah! No!" Lianna cried out in worry. Ivysaur was burnt. "Ivysaur!" Lianna cried out.

Then Ivysaur grinned before starting to glow and change shape. Ivysaur was evolving. "Ivysaur? You're evolving!" Lianna called out in joy. Ivysaur evolved into Venusaur. "Venusaur!" Lianna called out. "SAURRR!" Venusaur shouted out loud. "Great Venusaur!" Lianna said with a large smile on her face. 

"Tump." The Phantump said. "Huh?" Lianna asked. Phantump was wondering what they were doing. "Venusaur, Vine Whip!" Lianna commanded. Venusaur did so and damaged Phantump. Lianna used a Premier Ball. Phantump however avoided the ball. "Venusaur, use Vine Whip and hold Phantump in your vines!" Lianna commanded. Venusaur grabbed Phantump with his vines. Phantump tried to break free.

Lianna used a Premier Ball and caught it. "Yes!" Lianna called out happily. Venusaur was happy. Lianna made a cute face at Venusaur, who smiled back at her. Lianna healed up her pals. "Let's go find at least one more Ghost Type..." Lianna explained. "Vee." Eevee said. "Saur." Venusaur said.

Lianna was searching, until she saw movement. "Huh?" Lianna asked and then spotted a wild Duskull. "Skull. Duskull." It said. Lianna sent out Wartortle."Use Scald!" Lianna commanded. Wartortle used Scald and hit Duskull. Duskull used Confuse Ray and confused Wartortle. "O-oh no! Scald again!" Lianna called out. Wartortle got confused and hit the ceiling. "Hey! Watch where you're aiming down there!" Someone cried out loud. "Sorry! Use Tackle!" Lianna called out. Wartortle used it, but it had no effect.

"Shoot! Scald again!" Lianna commanded. Wartortle used it, but it accidentally hurt itself. "Be careful! Try again!" Lianna called out. Wartortle broke out of her confusion and used Scald. Duskull took damage. Lianna used a Dusk Ball, but Duskull broke free. "Scald again!" Lianna called out. Duskull got hit and used Night Shade. Wartortle took damage and lost focus, Duskull then used Will-o-wisp and burned Wartortle.

Lianna used a Burn Heal and helped out Wartortle. "Use Withdraw!" Lianna called out. Wartortle used it and raised her defense. Duskull used Confuse Ray. "Dodge it!" Lianna commanded. Wartortle jumped out of the way but tripped up. "Gah!" Lianna cried out. Wartortle got up, however. Then Duskull used Curse. "Curse?" Lianna asked. Duskull grew weaker when it used pins to curse itself. Then Wartortle took damage from the curse. Lianna used a Dusk Ball and caught the Duskull.

"Yes! I know I said this would be the last one... but I want to catch the native Ghost Type of Kanto, Gastly..." Lianna explained. Wartortle was confused by what she said. "Vee." Eevee said. Lianna began searching for a Gastly. A Gastly suddenly appeared and scared Lianna. Lianna screamed in horror. Gastly laughed and then flew off. "No! Wait! I want to catch you!" Lianna cried out and frowned. Eevee chased after the Gastly. Lianna followed after Eevee. Eevee soon found the Gastly and the Gastly stared at them. "H-hello..." Lianna said, shaking in fear. Gastly just looked at her. Lianna gulped nervously. Eevee growled at it. "Eevee?" Lianna asked her. Eevee snarled at Gastly while Gastly gave Eevee a deadly look. Lianna squeaked nervously. The two Pokémon looked at each other, wanting a battle. 

"Iron Tail!" Lianna commanded Eevee. Eevee used it but Gastly avoided the attack. Gastly then used Hypnosis and caused Eevee to fall asleep. Lianna then sent out Wartortle. "Scald!" She commanded her. Wartortle came out of her ball and used Scald. Gastly took damage, making it weak. Lianna used a Dusk Ball and successfully caught the Gastly. "Yes!" Lianna explained, Wartortle felt happy. Lianna smiled at her. "Tortle. Wartortle." She said with a smile. "Let's go back to the Pokémon Center!" Lianna explained. Wartortle agreed happily.

And so, Lianna and her Pokémon left Pokémon Tower and headed to the Pokémon Center in Lavender Town. Although she left behind something as she left for the Pokémon Center.
