It has been MONTHS since I updated this story!!

For those of you who know me, you know I love to talk. For those of you who don't know me, you probably know that too. So now I'm gonna talk.

This is the first story I ever published on Wattpad. I had no idea what I was doing or what this app even was. I joined it to support an author that I really liked, and then realized I could publish my own stuff and it all went downhill from there. Or uphill, considering the wonderful community I've been blessed to join!

Anyway, this story means a lot to me- Though we have something of a love-hate relationship. The hate comes from writing faster than I could come up with a decent plot and so the story crashed and burned. Ehehe. 

But most of the reason I love it is the characters. Kana in particular is my OG book baby, and I had his and Kyoyo's ferris wheel conversation planned out before the story was even conceived. Kana is the epitome of my favorite character type: The cheerful side character. He was inspired by Kazuki Hihara (La Corda D'oro), Oliver Riggs (Amazing Agent Luna), etc. Oh, and that guy from The Devil and Her Love Song (I only read the ending hah)

I wanted a story where the sweet, cheerful boy with an unrequited crush on the female protagonist ACTUALLY gets the girl. It makes me sad that the girl always goes for a cool jerk or sporty guy, and the one who's been caring for her and supporting her the whole time is just left behind and sad and he has to deal with it. Like what!!

So that was the inspiration for Kana Sheill, my first and dearest Book Baby. 

I would like to get back to it someday, hopefully with a better thought out plot ahaha.
