S - this... this is me .

Annika was shocked when he pointed on a small boy in the picture which he held .

A- what !!

Shivaay looked confused by this whole thing happening here and she was thrilled, excited, happy and what not at the same time. She jumped close to him with her eyes filled with curiosity.

A- yo you are saying the truth right? Why don't you remember anything!

S- I don't get it, I know it for sure because I myself am the boy here but what is it that I don't remember and what is this whole thing you're insisting annika! What does this mean? You... you're my sister?!

Shivaay was taken aback when she leapt to pull him in a tight hug. She almost crushed him within her while he behaved clueless.

A- thank you! Thank you so much shivaay!

He found her in tears soon. She just looked restless as she worked on her mobile, trying to call someone.

A- he's not picking up, damn! He he would be so happy knowing the truth.

Annika was going to dial again but he snatched the mobile from her suddenly.

S- I want to know what's happening here. Who are you!

A- only one person can answer all our questions . Come with me.

She grabbed his hand and ran towards Daksh's tent. But it was found empty .

S- why did you bring me here?

A- where's he?

S- who? Uncle Daksh? I don't know maybe with

A - I think I know where he might be. Be here until I come back ok?

He caught her wrist immediately when she turned back to leave.

S - I'll join you.

She looked at him for a few seconds and took his hand within her warm palms.

A- you're very precious, I promised someone I'll bring you safely. I don't know whether it's safe out there for you .

She looked worried.

S- if it's not safe for me , then it's not safe for you too .

Annika smiled when she felt his tight grip on her wrist for his eyes insisted some worry.

A - don't worry , I'll be ok.

She assured him. Sending some message on the phone she walked ahead without looking back leaving a worried and confused shivaay.

Without stopping anywhere she made her way straight into the woods. A not so deep lake blocked her path , she didn't hold back but prepared herself and crossed it to reach the village ahead of it .

Here shivaay was getting restless. Whatever she told, nothing made any sense . His mind was about to busrt out with so many unanswered questions . Thinking to find answers for some himslef , he dialed for his mother.

P- hello , hello shivaay thank God for the signal ! I've been trying to reach you since morning but

He interrupted her quickly.

S- mom , one second. I want an honest answer mom .

P- what ? I didn't get you .

S - I'm your only son right ?

He heard nothing after that .

S- mom ,mom!

P- shi yes yes you are shivaay . Why . would you ask that ?

S- I'll tell you later , just do me this help. Find annika's details from the register and ping me as soon as possible .

P- annika ? Oh that final year student ?

S- yes .

P- but shivaay, what happened?

S- don't worry mom, everything's alright . Just send me the message soon , bye .

He hung up and breathed out a sigh of relief. His parents didn't hide anything from him , but , why would annika lie ? He was bewildered .

A half burnt house, that's how she remembers it . Standing right infront of the building, she smiled taking a deep gulp.

Although it had those ash heaps and black patches on the wall , annika did feel what beauty it would have been before. She imagined things that might have happened while taking her each step . From what she had seen and known , she matched the rooms with some rough drawings which she remembered from the past . Everything seemed exact .

She walked tracing her palm on the wall when some frame hit by to stop her. A curious reaction surrounded her face , though it was burnt too she was able to capture something in it . Suddnely it fell down when she touched as it was just hanging out upon a last string of nail .

Just when she was about to pick it up , someone strangled her from behind that she fell out of breath for a few seconds. Her eyes went red for and sight went blur immediately. She held the person's hand and tried to help herself out but she couldn't match the strength.

An hour just passed since she left , shivaay couldn't stay idle anymore . He decided to search for her.

Om- shivaay, did you see papa anywhere?

S- no Om.

Om - I don't know where he went . Priyanka said she saw him going this way sometime back but why would he ?

Shivaay was dubious when he pointed towards the same direction which annika took .

Om - let me go get him .

S- wait ! I'll come with you .

Om just passed a nod and both made their way ahead .

Her eye lids started closing down as she couldn't handle the press on her throat which seemed to rip her lungs apart .

Keeping her fists tight she practised to stay awake , and kept trying . At one point , she knew that there was no time anymore. One more minute like this and she'll be dead . She moved and dragged the person along to bang him on the wall behind but nothing worked . 'Annika do something!' her conscious kept screaming.

Finally she jumped behind in full force by kicking wall hard . Both were thrown on the floor, and she made use of the first few seconds where his hold remained a kind of loose . She quickly crawled away from him and started coughing her throat out .

He didn't spare a minute and made his next attempt but this time , she moved aside after making a sharp kick on his chest .She laid down loosing her strength, and coughed roughly keeping her palms around her neck. She once again crawled away when he approached close .

A- stop it Aakash! I ain't gonna die this day !

He froze when she screamed like that. His mind bursted out after hearing that name . He caught hold of his head and pressed it hard together as if he felt it falling apart. Crushing his dense thick hair he screamed out and the echo was heard clearly. Annika closed her eyes on earing such high peaked noise , and kept breathing fastly. And within that gap he had already come near and snatched her hair .

A- ahh!

She squealed out .

D- I knew it from the beginning , you are a trouble . Who are you!

A- leave me ...!

He pulled her up and she in turn grabbed his hair to make him feel the same pain . On not being able to handle it he immediately pushed her away and in that action something fell from his ear just from where her hand played a second ago .

A hearing aid which he had kept hidden beneath his hair .

Annika smirked seeing this and before he could take it back she pushed it afar with her legs .

He didn't realize what just happened . His shivering hand kept touching the area around his ears continuously . Annika decided to do something. Taking the frame from the ground , she ran out and locked the door leaving him inside .

D- annika !

She wriggled and shivered on hearing his roar. He immediately knelt to crawl everywhere and searched for the aid .The latch seemed very weak . There is no time , she realized .

A- you've been caught aakash , tell me the truth.

D- I'm not Aakash!

She heard his immediate scream.

A- I would have believed your answer if you hadn't fixed that aid in your ear now .

He turned around after hearing this and there she was , standing by the window , watching him from close. He punched the grill angrily and she smiled stepping back.

D- what do you want !

A- I got what I came for . But you didn't get what you deserve yet . You deserve a rotting death in prison and I will make sure to bring you that . Then you'll realize how does it feel to live alone.

D- stop it ! What do you know about loneliness !

She gulped so hard as this time , his voice reached another peak of altitude . His eyes spat fiery anger on her that she couldn't stand the heat of it.

A- don't try to act . Just tell me the truth , I want to know something. Who is Om ? He is not Surya .

D- how do you know that ?

A- because I know who the actual Surya is .

He looked shocked .

D- annika !!

A- I won't stop until I bring all of them together . I won't stop until I find all the broken pieces. So tell me , who is Om ?

D- how ?...who . are .you !

A- Daksh ...that is your brother's little daughter , Surya's baby sister, Shivanya .

This time she was shocked when he started laughing suddenly. She had expected him to be thrilled but it didn't happen . She got scared .

Aa- I agree, I am Aakash but shivanya ? you ?that you can't be .

He kept laughing and she grew more afraid on seeing his confidence.

A- what , what do you...mean ?

Aa- I know exactly where my shivanya is, now , right this second. You aren't shivanya .

Annika almost got a stroke when he revealed this. She jumped forward quickly and held the grill inside her fists .

A- where ? Where is she ! I want to know ! Where is she ! What did you do to her ! Answer me !

He laughed when she shouted like a maniac.

A- Don't play with me , tell me where is she !

' Dad ?'

She heard someone's noise from behind and she was shocked on finding Shivaay and Om there .

Aa- Om , please open the door Om .

He pretended innocent. Shivaay stood quietly and stared at annika while Om rushed to open the door . Om was so worried after seeing his dad in such a state .

Om - what happened to you ? Are you ok ? Dad!

Aa- she ...she tr tried to kkill me Om .

Both were shocked on hearing this .

Om - what is this annika !

Annika glared at Aakash for a few seconds and slowly turned her gaze towards shivaay who looked entirely puzzled.

A- don't believe him Om . He doesn't deserve to be trusted . O One day he , he might end up killing you too .

Aa- how dare you !

He roared in anger and pushed her forcely.

Shivaay couldn't stand this , he was going to support her but before that , she was safe in someone else's arms .

A tall muscle man was here . Her eyes expressed something unexplainable after seeing him there , while he looked so worried for her . Without saying anything, she leapt to hug him tightly .

A- I did it ! You saw my message right ? I did it Rudy ! I found your brother.

Aakash was shook by the sight infront. What he just heard was unbelievable! Rudy?His eyes couldn't believe the scene .

Aa- Ru Rudra

He muttered in a very low voice but Om did hear it , he looked at his father dubiously.

Om - you know him ?

He immediately shook his head and turned the other side wiping his tears .

Rudra kept checking over annika worriedly . She actioned that she was ok , and straightly pointed towards shivaay . He had an ecstasy kind of face for she once again nodded with tears in her eyes . Shivaay was clueless when he saw the new man approaching him. He frowned taking his hand back when Rudra tried to hold it .

S- annika stop your drama , what's happening here !

A- this ain't some drama shivaay, I'm not lying.

S- please stop this annika , you had been lying since the beginning. You aren't a medical student. You work as nurse in our hospital, am I right?

She quickly looked away when he mentioned this .

S- tell me the truth .

A- shivaay yes , I lied but now I , I'm telling the truth shivaay . He , he's your brother Rudra .

She stepped forward and side hugged Rudra while introducing him but shivaay hardly cared.

S- please annika , you can't fool me again . I'm the only son for my parents, I already asked them . First you said you are my sister, and now this! Do I look like a fool !

Annika let out a loud chuckle when he finished.

A- when the question itself is wrong, how do you expect the answer to be right shivaay?

Shivaay didn't say anything this time , he frowned at her reply though.

A- am I your son, ask this to your mother first .

Shivaay was shocked .

He shook his head indicating to stop .

A- don't worry I have a plan .

She seemed determined while he watched her questioningly.
