Felicia Hardy/Black Cat (616)

Backstory: Kevin is the first hero Black Cat encounters after beginning her career as a masked burglar, and Felicia develops a crush immediately. Not one to associate with criminals, it takes Scarlet Spider awhile to return the affection; but eventually, he is won over by Black Cat's charm but soon after, broke up. After breaking up with Carol, Kevin tried to get back together with Felicia, but he saw something very shocking. He saw Felicia making out with Mobius, who has become a vampire, and she was badmouthing Kevin along the way, making the boy's heart broke and shedding tears from his eyes. Kevin immediately leaves the area before he was founded out. But he didn't know that Felicia knew Kevin was watching... but didn't care.

Gwen Stacy/Ghost Spider (616)

Backstory: Kevin first met Gwen in college and they started dating. However, their relationship comes to a halt after Gwen's father dies, and she blames it on Scarlet Spider. Kevin was heartbroken to see Gwen becoming distant to him due to the fact that he's taking pictures of Scarlet Spider for the Daily Bugle and tries to win back Gwen's heart with gifts. But when he went to Gwen's house, his eyes widen in shock to see Gwen having an affair with Miles, the new Spider-Man, since she got tired of being Kevin's boyfriend and wanted a real man. Kevin was beyond pissed and put the gifts in the trash before leaving the area to let his anger out to criminals.

Mary Jane Watson (616)

Backstory: After the breakup with Gwen due to having an affair with Miles, MJ comforts Kevin after witnessing Gwen cheated on him with Miles and paired herself with Kevin after kissing him on the lips unexpectedly. It eventually worked and cheered Kevin up, and the two started dating. For years, they dated as Kevin even considered marrying her until he finds her having an affair with his brother; Peter Parker and Kevin couldn't even catch a break. So he saves his breath and leaves, furiously.

Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel (616)

Backstory: Back when Carol Danvers was still Ms. Marvel, an impromptu team-up leads to Kevin giving Carol an impromptu date invitation. Soon after, the future Captain Marvel came back from her mission in space and the first thing she does is having an affair with Colonel Rhodes aka War Machine, much to Kevin's chagrin and more importantly, heartbroken. At this point, Kevin considers to stop dating girls but instead fate was beginning to mess with him.

Natalia Romanova/Black Widow (616)

Backstory: During a raid on HYDRA, Natalia suffered amnesia and was mind manipulated by HYDRA. She tried to passionately kiss Scarlet Spider on the lips but Kevin rejected her knowing it was the amnesia and her memories. Once Nat's memory returned to her, she informed Kevin that she still felt the romantic attraction even before the amnesia. Kevin was open to continuing to explore possibilities but declined telling her he doesn't want to be heartbroken again nor put his allies in danger. Natalia was sad at being rejected at first but quickly understands due to knowing that Kevin's lovelife is becoming tragic and when she see's his exes in person, she would always glare daggers at them and don't interact with them even if she wants to.

Sue Storm/Invisible Woman (616)

Backstory: When Kevin first met the Fantastic Four on a mission and after completing it, they thank Scarlet Spider for his help and he became a close ally with them. By this time, Kevin was truly family to the Fantastic Four and became very close to Sue even considering to dating her. But he was devastated to learn that Sue had feelings for Reed and was about to get marry. Soon after, Reed and Sue got married and had two kids; Franklin and Valeria and Kevin became like an uncle towards them. Not long after, Reed spent all his life in his lab not caring for his wife and two kids as they slowly begin to see Kevin as their new father figure, while Sue, who regretted ever marrying Reed, became to grow a crush on Kevin, but it was already too late as he moved on.

Maria Hill (616)

Backstory: Kevin and Fury were very close allies and Fury introduced him to Maria Hill, the future director of SHIELD and Kevin had helped her get to be the Director of SHIELD. When Secret Invasion happened, Kevin and Maria protected fought side by side against an army of Skrulls, and once the invasion ended, the two begin dating. For weeks, Kevin and Hill become very close and he was about purposed to her but when he went to her office, he heard Maria start to badmouth about embarrassing things about Kevin to the agents which they all found funny and discovered that Hill was just dating him out of pity, much to Kevin's heartbroken as he leaves the Helicarrier and back home.

Julia Carpenter/Madame Web (616)

Backstory: During an experiment, the Commission "accidentally" injected Julia with a mix of spider venom and exotic plant extracts, which gave Julia powers very similar to those of Spider-Man. Not long after she was given the identity of Spider-Woman. She then met Scarlet Spider as the two went on missions together as she became the Madame Web in order to protect Kevin and begin dating him. But broke up due to, you guessed it, having an affair with none other than... Tony Stark aka Iron Man.
