"Gidget, I know you don't like your father. And, believe me, I'm not proud of what he did to you and your friends," Linda spoke gently to her daughter, who seemed a little agitated to be talking about her father. But then Linda pleaded, "But please, I love him with all of my heart. No matter what he does. Please, I'm worried about him." Gidget gazed into her mother's eyes, seeing a love that could last for centuries.

Sighing, Gidget replied, "Don't worry Mom, we'll find Dad." Everyone quickly looked at Gidget in shock and surprise, though the cats showed disgust. "WHAT?!" they exclaimed at the same time.

"Are you out of your mind Gidget?!" Chloe shouted, "Did you not see what Rocky has done to all of us?!"

"I have and yet we're gonna find him," Gidget answered.

"I'm surrounded by a bunch of clueless morons..." Chloe grumbled, facepawing herself.

"Aww, thank you," Mel responded, feeling appreciated. He was swiftly whacked on the back of the head by Chloe and Sweetpea.
